No long after our trip to Shane's gym Leo came home early from work with a cardboard box. Alexander and Celest ran straight up to the box opening before I could get a word out. In the box was a little puppy curled up on an elephant teddy the same size as it. The puppy was an Australian Sheppard with the bluest eyes I've ever seen. Alexander took on the responsibility of picking up after it and when Celest was old enough she would help groom it. I called a family meeting to name the dog. Leo wanted to name it Butch even though it was a girl. Alexander wanted to name it Harley Quinn because he just watched Suicide Squad.

In the end we named her Heaven for Neveah and because she was our little angel. Her bed fit perfectly at the end of our bed. Alexander had set up a pile of blankets of the floor of his room with toys in a basket. Heaven was going to be spoiled rotten. During dinner Leo slipped some meat under the table trying to make sure that I couldn't see he was doing it. After we finished dinner, we all curled up on the couch watching a movie. Leo had me in his arms while we watched. Celest was already tucked into her cot when we watched the movie. Alexander had fallen asleep on Heaven's bed with her curled up next to him with her head on his chest. I tried to lift him up, but he was getting to heavy for me to pick him up. Leo Picked him up with ease and took him to his room while I carried the little puppy behind them. We tucked him up and placed Heaven on his chest. She snuggled right into him before falling back to sleep.
