Rose's POV:
I rushed out of the Great Hall knowing exactly who had sent the bracelet. It was so obvious, I should've guessed it first. I tried to race to the Owlery but before I knew it, Draco's disgusting brutes grabbed me.
"Don't do anything stupid girl. You'll regret it." Goyle gritted through his teeth.
"Yeah......girl" Crabbe tried to sound tough too.
I rolled my eyes, "What could you possibly do to me that won't get you two in trouble with the school and your parents?"
They grunted before letting me go.
"Just stay there and tell us....who do you think gave you the bracelet." Goyle spoke.
"Why does it matter who gave it to me? Unless it was one of you, then I'll throw it into a well and never speak of it.."
"Neither of us think fondly of you, just to be clear. So, no. Try again, missy."
"Was it...Parkinson?"
"HAHAHA......no. Pansy would never in a million years give you anything more than a fist for a punch.......are you really that dumbfounded? Cause you sounded a lot smarter by the way he described you..."
I stood there for a moment before realizing, "Wait.....no no-no. This is from....."
"Draco's in the library if you need him....." Goyle whispered as the brutes just smirked before running away like two 5 year old's who had just pranked their older sibling.
I rolled my eyes before heading to the library. I found Draco near the restricted section and immediately glared at him.
"Malfoy..." I called.
"Well, well. If it isn't Potterette. Hope you've come to pay your respects to me." Draco smirked.
"Um....no, I haven't" I scoffed frustratedly. " Look. I just came to ask you something and I just want a few answers that you being honest for once."
"Alright, fine. Ask away.." he sighed.
I held up the bracelet in his face.
"Did you send me this?"
He looked at it slightly smiling before looking back at me.
".......Yes" he looked at his feet.
"Okay, question 2. Why did you give me this. I mean, it's beautiful, don't get me wrong, but why?"
"I-I just" he began to stutter.
"Is it because you want to make fun of me or-"
"It's because you saved me. You saved me at flying lessons.."
"Is that the only reason you gave it to me?" I asked curiously.
He took a deep breath before looking back at me.
"Well, no. I actually also just felt like you deserved something like that. You're always so kind to everyone and I really envy that in you. You even had enough to save me from possibly getting injured or dying." he sighed. "All, I can say is......thanks and Happy Christmas."
He finished before leaving the library. I rushed behind him after a moment.
"Wait.." I started. He stared at me with those beautiful grey eyes before asking what I needed.
"Thank you. This really means a lot. Happy Christmas." I smiled at him before we went our separate ways.
From that moment on, I never took off the bracelet and always thought of him whenever I looked at it.

A/N:
Hello guys! I am writing to let you know that I am truly sorry for being so inactive. I was so caught up with school and couldn't find time to keep up with the story. I am also writing to inform you that there is a new chapter I put in the story before a few previous chapters called "Song of a Savior". This chapter should've been put in earlier but I hadn't thought of using it till recently. I hope you all will like that and this new chapter which starts to introduce Rose's relationship with Draco and the other Slytherins. I appreciate all the reads so far and hope you all will continue to read the story.
Love you all,
M
