Hagrid then took Harry and Rose to be fitted for their uniforms. While inside, Rose heard a familiar voice from across the shop.
"My parents can afford the BEST uniforms. C'mon, boys, we don't need these old rags!" the boy bolsters as he and his gang of other boys make their way through the shop.
Rose peaked through the shop to find none other than Draco Malfoy and his other brutes, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle, heading her way. She tried to pretend she was busy as they walked closer.
"Well.....well.....well, if it isn't Rose....haven't seen you in a while." Draco spoke smug faced.
"Fancy seeing you here too Draco. I'm guessing your shopping for school supplies as well?" Rose looked at him, unamused.
"Indeed I am, but I think the real question is, how will you pay for all of this? I mean...don't you live in a wooden shack with Father Wolf?" Draco's brutes snickered at this remark.
"I live in a meadow full of beautiful flowers for one. For two, I am actually here with my brother and we have enough to pay for everything on our supply list." she held out a few galleons before putting them back away.
"That doesn't mean anything. At least I'm not an orphan like you." Draco said coldly.
Rose nearly welled up with tears but held them back enough to tell him off. "Well, at least I am not a spoiled, rotten bitch like you! I don't need my mummy and daddy to buy everything for me."
Draco's brutes gasped as Rose and Draco glared at each other.
" C'mon boys. Lets not waste anymore time on her. Besides, we can make her pay for that at school." The three boys swaggered away, leaving Rose to shed a few tears alone.
Afterwards, Rose carried on in the fitting rooms and got out to meet up with Hagrid and Harry to purchase their uniforms and to continue their supply shopping.
The trio spent a good thirty minutes, buying the books, accessories, and ingredients for potions that the twins will need.
"Hagrid, Harry, and I still need wands..." Rose spoke.
"Wands? Well, ye'll want Ollivander's. 'S no place better. Run along there, and when you're finished, wait in there. I just got one more thin' I got to do. Won't belong." Hagrid said as he points the twins to the shop before heading somewhere.
Harry and Rose went inside the shop to purchase their wands. There were shelves of wands, but no people.
"Hello?" Harry calls out.
"Hello?!" Rose calls out after him.
Thunk. A man appears on a ladder and looks at the twins. He smiles.
"I wondered when I'd be seeing you, Mr.Potter and Ms. Potter; I am Mr. Ollivander, the wand shop owner/wand expert here in Diagon Alley." He responded while looking through the wand shelves before continuing, "It seems only yesterday that your mother and father were in here buying their first wands."
"Ah. Here we are." As he grabbed two boxes and got out/handed the wands to the twins, who just stood there motionless. "Well, give it a wave!"
The twins finally moved startled by the outburst. They waved the wands at different places in the room, at the same time, causing explosions on either side of the shop.
"Apparently not....hmm...." Mr. Ollivander commented while looking for another wand section.
He used a ladder to get to a higher section closer to the front of the shop. "Try.....these...."; they also did not work, unfortunately.
