Chapter 11

Nino catches her and quickly covers her, "Alright people, nothing to see! If you got injured go to the nurse. If you're fine, go back to class!" She hollers. She points to Mayvel, "you're coming with me."

"What the hell makes you think I'd do that!?" Mayvel screams, "she should be the one in trouble for this! She nearly killed everyone!"

Gemerai grabs her arm, "and you're the one that provoked it!" She slams Mayvels body to the ground.

Via regains consciousness. She holds onto the dress as she flips over to puke. She coughs then wipes her face after gasping for air. Not looking up Via asks, "what on nine planets happened???"

"You don't remember almost murdering everyone just now?" Leona asks.

Via looks up at Leona, "N-no?"

Nino squats down and cocks her head, "what is the last you remember?"

Via looks at Nino, "um, being thrown on the ground then having a lot of different emotions all at once. Next thing I know I'm waking up in your arms and here's my lunch. On the ground, now. It was a good lunch too..."

Most of the students exit out the back door as the bell rings.

"Let me go! I need to get to class!" Mayvel manages to say with her face squished against the ground.

"Shut up you!" Gemerai applies more pressure.

Via looks behind her and sees Mayvel with Gemerai on top of her in the most uncomfortable way. Her attention is brought back to Nino when she says, "you should probably get dressed. I'll bring you to the nurse."

"O-okay," Via keeps the dress tight to her body as she gets up and goes into the stall.

After Via got dressed, Nino took her to the nurse, and then Nino took Mayvel straight to the principal's office. She explained everything that happened down to the last word that was said. After the nurse did a check up, Via went right back to her classes and after classes she met up with Leona to get on the bus together.

"Hey..."

"Hi Via. How are you feeling? You sure gave everyone a scare earlier," Leona blurts out.

"Yeah about that, I still have no idea what happened. Didn't I just black out?"

"Oh boy are you in for a treat..." Leona goes on explaining, "and then Nino stopped you before straight up killing Mayvel. Awesome right? You should teach me to do that with my fire sometime. I've never seen such strength!"

"Okay wow. Honestly I've never lost control like that. I mean, yeah, I have the ability to do that, but to lose control?" Via mumbles to herself as they climb onto the bus.

"So Via, have you finally decided if you're going?" Leona asks.

"To...?"

"The glow festival duh!"

"Well, I have a dress and earlier Lucica gave me a ticket. So, I guess I have no choice do I?" She sits down in a seat after Leona.

"Thaat's right~ Hee hee," Leona's tail flickers from joy.

Via rolls her eyes, "do you remember what time it starts?"

"Doesn't say on the ticket?" Leona tries to pull out her ticket but Via is faster.

"Six? And it's three ten right now, so... that should give us enough time to get our dresses and go over to Gemerai's house to get ready."

"Oooooo I'm so excited! We'll get you all dolled up," Leona leans in and whispers, "we'll make you so pretty that Lucica won't be able to resist~"
