The night goes by really fast. Billie is actually done with her shift, as well as me. We are two teams, and the next team is about to take on.
I guess she's supposed to go home. I don't think much about it, I take my stuff and go, as I exit the front door I see her getting out of the bathroom. She looks a little exhausted and serious tho.

I go to the parking spot, I walk towards my car. As I got there I thought I'm about to pass out. The car wheel is deflated. How? Maybe a nail or something got in there. Oh God, what am I going to do now?

"Everything's alright?" I hear someone asking from behind my back. It was a middle-aged man. "Actually no, the car wheel is deflated," I say overwhelmed, putting my hand on my forehead desperately. "Let me see." he says by getting closer to the car...also to me. "It looks like a puncture." He says. I don't say anything. I cross my arms.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" He asks while staring at me, my body actually, from head to my toes.

Ok, now I'm in a really wrong situation I don't wanna be in. It's literally 6 in the morning. What should I do...

I don't react. "Come, I'll take you home" he adds with a low-key smirk on his face. Seconds pass, as if I'd ever go with him. I just wait for time to pass, maybe luckily I see someone nearby. Then I suddenly hear someone's voice, I'd never thought I'd get that excited by hearing it.

"Everything's fine, baby?" she asks while coming towards me, kissing me. I blushed, WHAT WAS THAT. I didn't expect that AT ALL! Good it's night and she can't actually see my reaction, she'd laugh her ass off.

"She's your girlfriend?" he asks looking at me. "Yeah, I am, you good? Family is healthy, everyone's fine?" she takes over while placing her hand around my waist, looking him straight up in the eyes with a kinda angelic but devilish face. This was ironic as fuck. I would barely stop laughing if I would have not been in such a fucked up situation. "Yeah, they're fine. Thanks. Good ...night." He says confused and leaves.

"The second time I've saved your ass." She says while letting me go right after. "Was the kiss needed?" I ask looking at her. "Haven't you seen the pistole at his back?" she asks furrowing her eyebrows while asking. "No..bruh, he didn't have any guns. You dumb?" I ask sarcastically. "You're legitimately blind. Night, no 'thank you' needed." She says leaving.

"Wait..." I say. "What?" she asks somehow devastated but at the same time acting as if she knew I'd call her back. As if she was prepared for me to make her stay. She sounded really tired. "Nothing actually." I say after thinking about it. "Ok, night." she says leaving.

I spent another 15 minutes around trying to reach to someone who could get me home, but no one was reachable. I mean there was Billie, but no!

"Bro, you for real still here, I was staring at your dumb ass trying to reach someone for almost ten fucking minutes." she says giggling coming towards me right from her car. "Yes. But what's the problem and why are you still here?" I ask acting indifferent. "You think I'm as blind as you?" she says ironically. "What do you mean?" I ask putting my phone in the pocket. "As if I've not seen the puncture on the back wheel." she says. "AND IF YOU SAW IT, why the fuck wouldn't you help?" I say frustrated by the situation. "Seeing you asking for something is more satisfying and fun than offering you something directly. I wouldn't have left you here all alone anyway." she says with a dominating smile on her face as if she won. I could see that by the light of the street lamp right next to us.

"Aha, ok, what do we do now?" I consult her overwhelmed. "Nothing, I'll get you home and you'll clarify it tomorrow. What happens with your car isn't my business anymore." She says in an obvious way. "Oh God, I hate to say that, but let's go!" I say following her to the car.
