"it's ok baby, i know you just don't wanna look guilty, but i still love you." She says. "Isn't that crazy that you called me after Billies literally kinda SUDDENLY disappeared?" i ask. "Who disappeared??" She asks on a astonished tone. "Bil-... You know what, just let it be, i don't wanna make this nonsense relationship we had a thing again, just...it's enough. You never really cared for more than having sex with me, which wouldn't bother me as much as it does if you would at least do it on a romantic way...like i-, just...leave me alone, ok?" I say stuttering at the end.
I hang up. I feel so overwhelmed and dragged in this kinda guilty feeling even tho i don't feel like having it. I hear the entry door opening. I instantly smile while turning my head in it's direction, it was Billie, with a shopping bag in her hand. "Hey, baby!" She says coming towards me, giving me a soft kiss on my lips. I just look at her as she walks to the kitchen counter.
"What's wrong, why are you looking so astonished, do i have something on my face? Am i wearing two different shoes?" She asks laughing while putting the groceries on the kitchen counter, as well as her phone.
"Where...the fuck...HAVE YOU BEEN??" I ask irritated pulling her in a hug. "Amm...work?...and getting you some food...you don't really seem like enjoying being vegan." she says laughing furrowing her eyebrows. "I called you like a thousand times...why wouldn't you get the calls?" I ask. "My phones battery is discharged. I forgot to charge it..i mean girl, you been making me forget a lot of things lately." She says smirking putting her hands on my shoulders then around my neck giving me a soft kiss. She softly pushes her nose playfully against mine. "I love your cute little nose!" She says touching it with her index finger while leaving to the bathroom. I just smile, i can't be angry at her.
————-—— 8 months later ——————-
Time goes by, Mi is about to give birth to her little baby, it's a girl, they named her Alice. Mi looks like she's already falling into a postpartum depression. I don't blame her, having a baby isn't the easiest thing. She's lucky she has Markus by her side, supporting her no matter what. (if i tell you that (in my head) markus looks just like Brandon (billies ex), you'll probably come over and FUCKING KILL ME...i would do the same if i were you..........👁👄👁 I already regret my poor aesthetically decision...)
The relationship between me and Billie works fine, she still lives at her place and me at mine. We still hang out together almost daily. At her or at my place. She's such a angel, she uses to make me little surprises almost every week, so do i. I also meet her family, her mom and her brother, finneas is so dope!
Billie started exposing her work, the best of the songs she wrote...which have such a beautiful storyline. She has that one song named "Bored" that i just love. She's slowly taking over, having already over 50,400 followers on instagram and over 16.000 subscribes on Youtube. I fully support her and i'm by her side 24/7. She has been invited to little city festivals many times. She's about to sign her fist label contract, which i fully support! She needs to have a strong base.
My phone rings. "Hey, babe!" Billie says. "Hi, sweetheart!" i add excited. "Where are you? I just got home from the gym and you're not here neither your place, i wanted to ...you know...see you." She says on a baby voice. "I know, but i'm at the hospital with Mi, i have to be by her side! She needs me right now Bill." I say. "Wait, you're at the hospital?" She asks. "Yes, her water broke like one hour ago. Look on WhatsApp, i texted you earlier." I say chuckling. "Ohhh!" She says after checking out, i noticed it as the 'read' marks got blue.
"Imma come over after taking a shower." She says. "Ok, i'll text you the address. " I say. "I think i know where it is, but text me the address to make sure." She tells me. "I love you, baby! See you soon." She adds. "Ok, babe. Love you too!" I add. She hangs up.
I go back into Mi's room. There was a nurse helping her doing exercises to help the pain and Markus, holding her hand. . "Hey, it's getting better?" I ask as i enter the room. "She's almost done, it's just...the baby won't come." The nurse says smiling. "Oh god Mi, you're gonna have a baby!" I tell her grabbing her other arm. "Yes! I still can't imagine it!" She says through the heavy breathes she's taking. Markus looks so shocked the entire time. "Just calm down, relax, it will be ok." I comfort her while holding her hand tight.
She started feeling the pain harder, at least that's how it actually looks. "I THINK ITS COMING!" She says with a scary look on her face. "Oh my god!" Markus says scared. "Just calm down and push!" The nurse says. "It hurts so bad!" She says with tears falling down her face. "Come on! You can do this!" I tell her while holding her hand with both my hands. As the doctor comes, baby's head is almost visible. It doesn't take any longer and you could already see half of the baby. Mi was screaming out of pain, Markus...is Markus...he almost passed out.
i try to help her, but i can imagine how bad it is. "Push one more time very hard!" The doctor says. "One more time and it's out!" he adds. She pushes a couple of times harder than before and the baby's out.
The baby started crying really loud, the doctor gave Mi the baby, she was also crying, out of happiness, let's not talk about Markus, he was scared as he first saw the newborn. He held it for a couple of seconds then instantly gives it back to Mi. "He's so...little!" Markus says.
"Look Chris, it's Alice, my baby!" She says with teary eyes giving me the baby. I can't lie, this made me soft. Billie is suddenly entering the door. "Oh my lord! Let me see the baby!" She says coming towards me.
"She's so beautiful!" She says with a pleading face, i was holding the baby. "So beautiful...l-" She says in a baby voice, she has teary eyes as she says it.
"She looks just as beautiful as Mi." I tell Billie. "Yes..." she says. The nurse was talking to Mi and Markus about some minorities, so they didn't payed attention to us.
"I can't wait for us to have our baby..." She whispers smiling, putting her hand on the baby's head, slowly and softly caressing it, looking at me. She decides to take her in her arms for a couple of moments. "I hope it will be as beautiful as you are." I tell her. She looks at me, shes so in love, i can tell that, i can't even explain. I do too. Her eyes...
She kisses the baby's forehead and gives it back to me. I give it to the nurse. We hang around for the next 20 minutes.
"Mi, we'll leave, congrats on the baby, if something, call me. Ok? I'll come over later." I tell her while leaving after Billie. "Sure! Thank you!" I hear Mi saying while i'm closing the door after me.
"The baby is so cute!" She adds while we walk on the hallway. "Yes. It is." I add. "Look, i know it's not that accurate, but i really want to have a baby with you...you're the most precious thing i have, i love you more than anything. You gave me so many wonderful moments i can't forget about in only 9 months of relationship. you made my life better and i'm thankful, i REALLY want to have a family with you, even tho we're just 20." She tells with a very sincere look on her face. "Babe...that's so sweet, but i'm not ready for a baby." I tell her. "I really hope you understand!" I add.
She stops. "I do, baby. Don't worry, i would never force you on something you don't wanna do, but just tell me when you're ready. I'm here for you. Don't think that i would love you less if we would have a baby." She says putting her hands on my shoulder, smiling. "I don't..." I add. "Good!" She says.
"We're not even engaged..." I tell her. "You really wanna build a family with me?" I add. "Look...if i wouldn't love you the way i do, i wouldn't ask you to have a baby. Just think straight about it! I love you and i wanna marry you! You're for real the most important and relevant thing in my life lately, i don't wanna loose you. You get it?" She asks on a serious tone looking me straight in the eyes. "I get it" i say smiling.
She pushes her lips in a kiss. "I love you, baby!" She adds.
