"Caitlin, I don't care if you're on Mars, I gave you a full day with no questions and to relax, now it's my turn to spend time with you," I said into the phone as I walked down Central City.

It was about a day or so after Caitlin got kidnapped and I had my talk with The Flash, but Caitlin promised to come over to my house. So, I took a nice needed walk down the road from my house and got some pizza, and some drinks for us.

"I know, but I'm stuck at S.T.A.R. Labs and--"

"Okay, well how much longer? I got off of my shift like two hours ago." Suddenly I heard some beeping on the other side of the phone and realized there was probably some sort of robbery or something that dealt with The Flash.

"How about in an hour?" She asked, a small panic rising in her voice.

"Okay, just text me when you're on your way."

"Will do." She hung up before I could even say bye. My eyebrows pulled together and I pulled the phone down from my ear.

I started to walk down the street again, hearing a motorcycle coming from the distance. I turned my head and noticed someone weaving through cars and going way above the speed limit. But not long after that, there was a gust of wind that passed by and I realized The Flash was chasing the motorcycle.

Whoever The Flash might be must have it rough. He barely had a break between Snart and now some stupid motorcycle thief that will probably get their ass handed to them.

Part of me wanted to go back to Jitters's roof and wait just to see if The Flash would come or not. But if I did then it would be obvious that I'm thinking about him, and I don't want to think about him. I have no interest in him.

Although, I am curious about his backstory and how this all came to be. And the man behind the mask.

After I got back to my house, I grabbed a wine glass and sat down on the couch, turning on the news. It showed the new report about some thieves on motorcycles that were stopped by The Flash.

I quickly switched the channel, not wanting to listen or see anything about The Flash anymore. It seems like that's the only thing I've been worrying about recently and I'm tired of it. I've already told them that I don't want to work with him, so I'm no longer worrying about it.

About thirty minutes went by and Caitlin had finally come over. I gave her a well-deserved long hug and poured her a glass of wine. I didn't want to mention any part of the kidnapping to her; it must've been traumatizing.

I am concerned about why Snart did take her, but I'm not going to invade her privacy.

"You have no idea how happy I am to just relax." She groaned, kicking off her heels. I chuckled and sipped some wine. "But Aspen drinking wine? This is new and different." I chuckled and crossed my arm over my chest.

"Yeah, it's been busy the past two days." I agreed, grabbing a piece of pizza and taking a bite of it.

"You're telling me." She ran her fingers through her hair as she sat back against the couch. "Have you spoken to Barry recently?" She raised her eyebrow at me, trying to gather my thoughts about Barry and implying something that isn't there.

"Nope, not for a while..." I answered honestly. I haven't had time to think about him recently. My mind has been buzzing with brand-new information that I barely had time to process in my personal life.

"Ugh, Aspen, how am I going to help you with your life if you're not going to cooperate with me?" She groaned, making me pull my eyebrows in confusion.
