Barry's POV
"Hey, what's going on?" Cisco's voice rang in my ear. "Dude?"
"Yeah, Cisco. I'm... here..." I said, snapping out of my daze.
"Why aren't you running?" Aspen's voice asked.
"Aspen?" I asked, looking around and backing up slowly.
"Yeah..."
"I just got a little disorientated."
"Well, you need to make up some time, man. You better hurry up." Cisco reminded me.
"Hurry? What are you--"
"Hurry, as in getting to the morgue." My confusion grew as I stopped and thought.
"The morgue? I was there. Yesterday." I remembered, looking around.
"What are you talking about?" Aspen rang in my ear.
"Come on, you gotta go." Cisco urged. I ran off, running to the morgue again. I found the same body in the same spot just like yesterday. I left and changed so I could come back to investigate like I did yesterday.
I walked in, confused by everything. Someone bumped into my shoulder and I sighed, turning back to walk in. I was so confused and on edge that I didn't know what to do. Joe walked up to me and asked me the same question as before.
"Hey, Bare where did all this water come from? Did the sprinklers go off?" He asked, pointing up at the sprinklers. I looked up at the sprinklers, remembering this situation from yesterday. I checked them already and it wasn't the sprinklers.
"What? No, I checked the sprinklers. They're all intact." I said looking around. "But the water has ice in it." I walked toward the body, remembering everything like some strange case of deja vu. "The bruises on the coroner aren't just on his face. Check-- Look at his torso." Joe bent down and revealed the bruised skin while I looked around, squatting alongside him.
"Woah. How the hell did you know that?" Joe asked, looking over at me.
"He was killed by hail." I looked around, trying to remember what was coming next. "We have to listen to the recording." I stood up while Joe followed my lead and right on time, Eddie came walking over with the recording in his hand.
"Joe, we got something. The coroner's office just installed an automated dictation system." Eddie said. I placed my hands on my face, recalling everything. My brain felt fried. "Listen to this." He pressed the play button and I remembered every word that was said. I wiped my face, so frazzled.
"Please... no more..." The coroner begged.
"I'll stop when you tell me..." Mardon's voice appeared next.
"Just stop!"
"Who killed him?"
"That's Mark Mardon. He wants revenge." I said, looking up at Joe. The sound of screaming sounded on the recorder and Eddie turned it off.
We went to S.TA.R. Labs again and pulled up the pictures of Mark and Clyde again. Joe explained everything down to a T as he did before.
"Clyde Mardon has a brother?" Caitlin asked, walking away from the screen. I was standing behind Aspen just like before. I was too freaked out to be rubbing her shoulders as I did. I was so confused.
"This is a lot for it being eight-thirty in the morning." Aspen groaned, but this time I didn't chuckle.
"Both brothers survived the plane crash and then the dark matter released from the particle accelerator explosion affected them both--" Dr. Wells started.
