"Ellie, where are you taking me?" "To meet someone! I think you'll like her!" Aurora rolled her eyes letting Ellie drag her along the streets of Jackson, it was fall, the chilly air making Aurora shiver. She started to drag behind, deciding to jog a bit in order to walk beside Ellie. "Can you give me a hint at who this someone is?" "I dunno, she draws a lot. Likes tattoos and stuff." "Oh yeah El, that really helps. I just thought of a million people that could be! " Ellie laughed and continued to pull Aurora down the street and towards the bar entering. Aurora looked around seeing people laughing and talking, some near the old jukebox dancing. "Is she here?" Ellie nodded and let go of Aurora's wrist jogging towards a booth.

Aurora followed her stomach dropping when she saw Cat sitting at the table sketching onto a piece of paper. "Hey babe." Ellie greeted. Aurora's head turned so fast she could have sworn she felt her neck crack. "Babe?" She asked, trying to act unbothered like it was just another question. "Yeah, Aurora. Meet my girlfriend Cat, Cat meet my best friend Aurora y'know, the one I accidentally pushed into a river. Just don't tell Joel okay Ror? He doesn't know and I don't wanna tell him yet." Aurora nodded her eyebrows furrowing her eyes shifting to meet Cat's. "You gonna stand there and stare at me some more?" Cat spoke fast and sharp and at first Ellie thought it was a joke, laughing but she stopped letting herself trail off when she saw Cat's serious face.

"S-sorry I just thought I recognized you from somewhere I guess not..." Aurora stepped back, frowning, looking down at the ground, she felt tiny under Cat's heavy stare. She felt as if her feelings were being stabbed, punched, kicked and blown up all in front of her face. "Cat chill out." "No, she was staring at me. That's weird. Try being a little more polite." Aurora shook her head looking back up to Ellie. "It's fine El, it's cool. I was weird and shouldn't have done that, that's awkward heh. It was nice meeting you Cat but I gotta go Tommy wanted to take me to help with hunting so I'll just like see you later... or something." Aurora pointed her thumb towards the door and without another thought turned away and walked out tears falling from her eyes.

She wiped them with the back of her sleeve not realizing where she was walking bumping straight into someone. "Sorry I didn't mean it." She went to walk past them, tears still falling from her eyes when the person grabbed her. She looked up meeting eyes with Dina and then looked away trying to hide her sadness.

"Rory what's wrong?" "Nothing just me, being weird." Dina wouldn't let her walk off keeping her there. "Ror, you don't cry what's wrong? Was it Tommy? Or Maria? Did Ellie say something stupid to you? I'll yell at her if you want." Aurora pushed back, shoving Dina's hand off her shoulder, shaking her head. "Why don't you go ask Cat? Oh but make sure you don't stare at her too long she'll think you're weird then date your crush that you've had for a year." Aurora walked off her heart feeling like it was ripped out of her chest and thrown into a washing machine. "I thought she liked me. How stupid am I?"

Aurora opened her eyes groaning, she yawned looking around realizing that it was dark out, her shoulder had bled a bit onto the couch causing a red stain to appear on the once red fabric. She groaned and stood up. The pain in her head had since subsided the dizziness down to a minimum. She huffed realizing all the medical supplies were in Ellie's bag. She decided to take a look around her eyes drifting over the furniture stacked against the doors. She walked forward a bit laughing when she noticed that the room was more lit up then she remembered, the power had been turned on. Aurora continued walking to an open door peaking through, a stage at the end of the room the rest lined with seats. She looked around in awe at the amount of seats and the size of the stage, she walked down the many stairs, her head moving from place to place examining the room.
