"Count to 1000"
THIRD PERSON POV:
"Kiara! Come on, it's time to go inside! I don't want you to stay out too late!" The woman called out, leaning against the doorway of the door as she smiled and looked at the girl.
"Okay!" Kiara stood up quickly, picking up her doll from the green grass from the backyard, running over inside the house.
"Wash your hands please, and set up the table," She said, washing her hands in the kitchen sink and later mixing the soup up in the pot.
Kiara ran down the hallway, hearing the woman telling her to not run in the house as she slowed down. She went into the bathroom, washing her hands and looked at her father's office that was empty.
"He won't be here till later tonight Kiara." The woman explained, putting the food into the bowls that was on top of the small plates that Kiara took to place on the tables.
"Again...?" Kiara frowned, looking down at the kitchen floor with sadness in her voice.
The brown haired woman went down to Kiara's level, placing both of her hands on her shoulders.
"I know... I know Kiara," She said, putting strands of hair behind Kiara's ear—later kissing her forehead as she later stood up to grab the silverware.
"Don't you ever miss me when you have to go off for months?" Kiara asked, sitting down on the dining room chair.
"Yes... I always do. I think about you everyday." She smiled, caressing Kiara's head as she took the silverware into her hands while eating the food.
"You didn't say your thanks!" Kiara shouted out.
"Oh right..." She smiled gently.
"Thank you for the meal!" They both said before diving into the food.

"What do you mean your not?"
"I'm sorry... but it's what I have to do..."
Kiara peeked over her bedroom door, holding onto her plush animal tightly as she watched them talk in the kitchen in the middle of the night.
"They're hunting me down. It's not safe for you two. The best way for you both to be safe is if I—"
"No, you can't just leave. You have a six year old child that needs her mother around when I'm not."
"I know... but you have to be there for her if I'm not."
"But I need you here. We both do. I don't want you running off to who knows where with the group of people your working with."
"I'm sorry my love, but I have to go. Tell Kiara I love her."
