"Girl problems?"

THIRD-PERSON POV:

"Fuck!!!"

Dabi threw his belongings around the new hideout of the League, trying to get his anger out the best he could. This annoyed the group, for some, but some understood that he had to get his anger out where Twice had come in.

"Dabi!" He shouted, almost excited. "What's troubling you?" He asked.

But he only got an angry face in return.

"Hmm..." Twice thought to himself, "Girl problems?" Dabi almost widened his eyes and paused which seemed to get Twice attention. "Ah..." Twice teased, "You got a crush~?"

Dabi scoffed. "No, it's just some hooker who's making some bullshit excuse." He lied. Dabi was worried, felt guilty for hurting Kiara that he didn't even realize or see through anything, and could tell she was good at hiding her feelings. Even though she said it was over, he didn't want it to be. He was heartbroken and wanted to be with her still.

Kiara was his first-ever love.

They've been together for one year and 3 months, but it's over now, and has been maybe four days since then. He lost count and wanted to forget it all, but he knew he couldn't.

"Women are so complicated." Dabi groaned out in annoyance, lying down on the worn-out couch.

"Yes, I know Dabi." Twice had heard that many times from him. "Well, you want to get her back don't you?" He asked.

Dabi sighed, sitting up. "You know what this is bullshit, I'm heading out."

"Wait!" Twice hurried over to him quickly and stopped him from continuing. "But I do have to ask Dabi, why did you say 'you're my girlfriend' so plainly?" He questioned.

He was afraid.

"Do you really wanna know?" Dabi asked and Twice nodded quickly. They both sat back down. "I trust you Twice, and I mean you may never tell anyone about this." He glared down at him and Twice quickly nodded.

"She's not a hooker, she's an old childhood crush." Dabi sighed heavily and it was silent for a moment.

"WHAT?!?!" Twice yelled out. "Really?! What's her name?! What does she look like?! Is she cute?! Is she—!"

"Okay enough!" Dabi yelled, setting the couch on fire. "Shit..." he mumbled, grabbing a bottle of water and pouring it over the fabric. "Look," he sighed, "thanks for trying Twice, but I'll do this on my own like always alright?"

Twice took a moment. "Have you tried asking Toga?" He asked.

"What?" Dabi whipped his head around. "Why would I ask that psycho?"

"She's a teenage girl! Maybe she could help since she's a girl!" Twice suggested and Dabi thought it was smart, but he knew Toga would make fun of him.

"Here I'll go get her right now!"

"No wait—!"

"Toga!!!" Twice called out happily.

Dabi stood there, droopy while Toga skipped to the room casually smiling. "Yes? I'm in the middle of organizing my blood." Twice hurried over to her excitedly.

"Toga! You won't believe it but Dabi's having girl troubles!"

Dabi whipped his head so hard he hurt his neck just from it, but why would Twice call it "girl troubles"? He was more embarrassed and regretted asking Twice about his troubles, but it felt nice getting it off of his chest.

"Ooooh~" Toga grinned playfully. "Girl troubles? I can help with that!" Toga made Dabi sit on the old couch and pulled up a chair and sat in front of him. "So... what's her name?" Toga asked eagerly while her grin grew.

"I'm not telling you that." Dabi crossed his arms against his chest, narrowing his eyes at her.

Toga sighed. "What a shame, but what's the problem?"

Dabi looked at Twice who was looking back at him, mentioning him to open up about his relationship problems to Toga. He sighed and spoke.

"We had sex for the first time together—"

"Bleh," Toga said in disgust.

"You know what, I'm done." Dabi got up, annoyed by Toga's words, and being all babied by the two of them.

"Wait Dabi! If you don't do something soon to your new lover you might lose them for good!" Twice started freaking out.

But he was right.

Dabi lost her when they were both younger.

Kiara met him again but she didn't recognize him, she thought he was just a stranger and a criminal, even no matter how hard he tried not to hug her after all those years without her.

Even now they're together, he wonders if she still thinks about the old him, missing him. He was just afraid of getting hurt again and opening up to her, but he didn't mean to make it by hurting and leaving her, he just didn't know how to be in a relationship since everything was just hook-ups.

"After a while after that, she asked me a question. 'What are we?' and I didn't just want hook-ups, of course, I wanted to fuckin' be with her again!" Dabi confessed, his hand going to his head.

Toga and Twice looked at each other.

"Goddamn it!" Dabi shouted. "I mean how could she like someone like me?! Now I've messed shit up!" He groaned, pulling on his raven hairlocks roughly.

"You seem to like the girl." Twice pouted out.

"No," Toga spoke, "you seem like you love her, even I can't believe it." Toga smiled as she tested the side of her face on her hand.

"What?" Dabi questioned. "I don't love anyone."

"How long have you been with her?"

"Toga, she broke up with him though."

"We were one year and three months in."

Toga sighed. "You're so complicated Dabi, I can't believe how she likes someone like you, you know? But, do something for her."

"Like what?"

"You know, like try making it up to her." She shrugged. "Do something that lets her know you love her, like cook for her, open up to her, and apologize to her." She suggested.

"You women are so complicated," Dabi said.

"But we're great."

That's how Dabi ended up being her backyard, looking up at the balcony that led to her room while smoking a cigar between his fingers. He was wearing a black hoodie his mask lowered and a pair of sunglasses since he had to walk due to it beginning to rain, and couldn't take his motorbike.
