" Ow!" -Jing Xiao

Sigaw ko nung biglang hinila ni Yi Ren nung buhok ko bago niya nilagay ang mga curler.

" aray naman!" -Jing Xiao

" grabe naman tong kaibigan mo- Aray! Dahan dahan lang sa buhok!" -Bakehyun

Nakita kong hinila ni Yi Ren and buhok ni kuya.

" don't overreact. I'm just adding gel on your hair." -Yi Ren

She turned to look at me.

" choose any of the dresses we bought then change into it. I'll put the accessories later." -Yi Ren

I nodded before looking at the dresses Yi Ren chose.

I took the brownish pink colored dress and put it on.

Naglakad ako palabas ng bathroom namin at tiningnan ang sarili ko sa salamin.

" wah!!! Ang ganda mo Jing Xiao! I like your choice for your dress! Bumagay siya sa buhok mo. But..." -Yi Ren

" but what?" -Jing Xiao

She stood in front of me before taking my eyeglasses away.

" hey!" -Jing Xiao

" can you see clearly?" -Yi Ren

" kind of." -Jing Xiao

She took something from her bag and gave it to me.

" there it's contact lenses, I already asked one from your doctor so you don't have to go to the party with that eyeglasses." -Yi Ren

I thanked her before looking at my brother and fixing his collar.

" ang ganda naman ng kapatid ko~ Si Cheng is very lucky to be your husband." -Baekhyun

He said while patting my head making me smile.

" Jing Xiao... May nakita akong jewelry box. May mga magagandang necklace at bracelet dito." -Yi Ren

Tumayo ako at pumunta sa tabi ni Yi Ren para tingnan ang box na pinagsasabi niya.

I looked at it and saw some necklaces I have before.

And there I saw, a special necklace.

Si Cheng gave it to me before.

The past started to flashback on my mind.

" ah Yi Ren, yung binili mo na lang. Mas maganda yun." -Jing Xiao

She nodded before getting the necklace she bought.

Time Skips...

Kuya Baekhyun walked out of the car and opened the door for me.

I whispered a thank you to him before the two of us got inside their auditorium where mom told us to go.

Hinanap ko siya mama at nung nakita ko siya, nakita ko si papa sa tabi niya which made me run towards him.

" hi dad!" -Jing Xiao

He patted my head before hugging me.

" kamusta na ang little girl ko." -papa

" eto, hindi na little girl." -Jing Xiao

I chuckled.

" let's start shall we?" -papa

Sabi ni papa kay mama and she nodded.

The four of us got on stage as dad took the microphone.

" good evening everybody. So we have called you today because we are going to announce something. May I call the Dong family to please come on stage with us?" -papa

Tinapik ni kuya ang balikat ko at tumingin ako sa kaniya.

" diba sila Si Cheng yun?" -Baekhyun

Nagsinlakihan ang mata ko habang tinitingnan sila Si Cheng na umaakyat sa stage.

His gaze met mine which made his eyes widen as well.

" so... We have called because... Our daughter, Jing Xiao..." -papa

He took my hand and gently pulled me in front of him.

" ...and the Dong's son, Si Cheng..." -papa

Si Cheng's father told him to stand beside me and he did but I moved a bit away from him.

"...Will be getting married." -papa

I mentally facepalmed myself.

Bakit nila sinabi yun?

Sa harapan pa ng madaming tao!

The people clapped.

" and everybody of you are invited." -papa

The people in the auditorium clapped and cheered.

After a while, we all got down from the stage and to our tables.

The Dong's and the Byun's sat together in a large round table.

Dad forced me to sit beside Si Cheng and so did Si Cheng's father.

Well this is awkward.

The food came and we started to eat.

Si Cheng's Pov.

The moment she got inside the auditorium, she already got my attention.

I stared at her and did not noticed that my mouth is open while looking at her.

She looked so gorgeous with the dress she is wearing.

The two of us sat beside each other and I can't help but look at her.

Jing Xiao noticed it and I immediately looked away.

" ang ganda mo pa rin talaga." -Si Cheng

Since it's me birthday today.
