Jing Xiao waved at Mrs. Jia as they saw each other.

" good afternoon Mrs. Jia." -Jing Xiao

" good afternoon to you too, Jing Xiao." -Mrs. Jia

The older woman gave Jing Xiao a hug before the two of them started to walk along the beach.

" so I heard that you guys are here for a vacation? When are you guys coming back to your hometown?" -Mrs. Jia

" I still don't have any idea. Maybe we'll stay here for more than a month. It's nice here and I would love to have this island as the place to spend my vacation on." -Jing Xiao

" well you did the right thing, dear." -Mrs. Jia

The boy groaned as he lay on the bed.

He placed his hands on the back of his head before exhaling deeply.

" asan nanaman napupunta yung batang yun?" -Si Cheng

" wow, bata pa talaga ang tingin mo kay Jing Xiao?" -He Nian

The boy lift his head up and looked at He Nian who is leaning at the door frame.

" anong ginagawa mo dito?" -Si Cheng

" nakabukas lang kasi yung pintuan ng kuwarto mo. So tiningnan ko kung anong nangyayari dito and here we are right now talking to each other." -He Nian

Si Cheng nodded and laid his head back on the bed.

" nakita mo si Xiao?" -Si Cheng

" ah nandoon sa beach, may kasamang babae." -He Nian

" ah, okay. " -Si Cheng

" by the way, sino ba yun? Bakit parang hinahayaan mo lang si Jing Xiao na makasama siya?" -He Nian

" ah yun? Owner yun ng restaurant na pinuntahan namin, naging close sila dahil nagkataon na same sila ng favorite painter then tinulungan rin siya ni Jing Xiao nung malapit na naholdap si Mrs. Jia kaya may sugat si Jing Xiao sa kamay niya." -Si Cheng

" wow. As expected mabait naman talaga si Jing Xiao." -He Nian

Habang nag-uusap silang dalawa biglang pumasok sila Jacob at Felix.

" BOYS NIGHT OUT!!!" -Felix & Jacob

Sigaw nilang dalawa.

" sino~ sino~ Sinong gusto sumama sa boys night out~ night out~" -Felix

Kanta niya habang sumasayaw.

" since mukhang bored naman kayong dalawa, mag boys night out tayo mamaya. Kung gusto niyo lang naman." -Jacob

" alam niyo na ang isasagot ko diyan. Pero ewan ko kay Si Cheng-" -He Nian

" sasama ako." -Si Cheng

All of them looked at Si Cheng with eyes wide open.

" w-wait siguro ka ba? I mean you don't have to if you don't want to-" -He Nian

" I want it, so I'm going with you guys." -Si Cheng

" oh... Then cool. Be ready by 7, we'll be going to an arcade near here." -Jacob

" there's an arcade here?!" -Felix

The three of them nodded in sync.

" then be ready at 5, we'll be going there as early as we can and we'll be staying there as late as we want!" -Felix

He grabbed Jacob by his arm before dragging him out of the room.

" so, you need some privacy to prepare. And I have to prepare to, so I gotta go. Bye." -He Nian
