I just wanna make love to you is playing on the radio as we're driving to the top notch to pick up Shavonne. We pull into the parking lot as we see her getting out of Darla truck. Here we go!

She sees us and gets in the car. As she gets in she says hi to all of us, and then looks at me with a worried expression

"Let me guess she knows?" I ask

She nods

"And she's upset?" I ask

She nods

"And let me guess if she's upset that means Darla is upset?" I ask

She nods

"If I were you I would have someone at your side the whole night you know how they can get" She says

"She literally has no right to be upset!" Jodi says

"You don't think I know that, I literally told her that she cheated on him but she didn't say anything to that and just continued to be mad" She says

"Do you know where they're going?" Kaye asks

"No all I know is that they're gonna drive around more and then go to the Emporium so if you're going there to see Pink I suggest we get you there now" Shavonne says looking at me

"Alright get me over there" I say

"Alright, don't worry Shelbs everything will be fine" Jodi reassures as the girls nod

I look around to see Kevin's car drive up next to us

"Oh great" I mumble as the girls look at the car

"Hey what's going on?" Don asks

"Nothing what are you guys up too?" Shavonne asks

"Oh you know a little weed" Slater says as I laugh

"There may be a beet bust later on" Don says

"Oh really" Shavonne says

"Yeah" Don says

"Hey is Shelby with you guys?" Kevin asks as they look at me

I poke my head out

"What's up?" I ask

"Oh nothing but get your ass over the Emporium so Pink can shut up about you not being there" he says as I blush

"Stop blushing and go see your boyfriend" Kevin says

"Alright!" I say

"Check you later" Slater says

"Bye" Shavonne says as we drive off

"Well you heard the man let's get me over there" I say as they all laugh

"Alright" Jodi says

We finally pull into the parking lot and I get out of the car

"Ok so are you guys gonna come over here later?" I ask

"Yeah we're gonna drive around some more and then we'll be over here" Jodi says

"Alright" I say kinda nervous

I don't know why tho I mean I feel safe with Pink but  with Simone and O'Bannion I just feel scared with how they're gonna react. Maybe I'm being paranoid maybe they won't do anything

"Hey it's gonna be ok, we'll make sure they won't do anything now go in there and have fun and go see your boy" Jodi says as the rest of them nod

"God how would I survive without you guys?" I ask
