              "welcome home... " donghyuck can't help but smile upon the heartwarming greeting his friend offered, accompanying  that smile of his with a raised brow as izumi welcomed him with a glare.

"bad trip ah," he laugh before opening his arms wide, inviting izumi for a hug that she gladly accepted. she looks equally tired as he is.

oh well, maybe this is what it means to be a working adult.

"ewan ko ba sa mga kaibigan natin nakakapotangina." she cuss under her breath while rolling her eyes as they walk their way out of the airport.

apparently, as how izumi would put it, donghyuck's timing was apparently bad. he couldn't help but sweatdrop upon hearing the reason from izumi.

he's expecting a welcome party after years of being away from central city but considering the circumstances, looks like it won't be happening soon.

his mother was delighted when he got home, that the old lady even suggested to hold a party which he ended up politely declining much to his mother's dismay.

exams were currently going on for their friends who are still attending university and izumi got her schedule pack due to work.

and that left him staring at his white ceiling for hours. doesn't have anything going on for him, donghyuck ended up taking time to rest while waiting for the gang's schedule to loosen up.

but maybe thats asking for too much.

somehow not used with just lazing around, he ended up searching for 'something fun to do' while waiting for anyone to hit him up.

but as hours flew by, he can't help but sigh as the image of a dark haired woman with her obsidian orbs flashing across his mind.

hyejin....

he keep thinking about it, weighing the pros and cons of reconnecting with hyejin, is it even the right time for him to show up?

their career is just starting, and considering how things are going on for hyejin he knows better than cause her distraction.

'ah,, what to do?' surely, reconnecting with her is out of question.

and days later, donghyuck can't believe he ended up attending a big fashion show that he was invited to attend.

it is a big fashion show that was attended by numerous known people and icon in fashion industry.

all the positive feedbacks that surrounded the area as they talk about hyejin's hardwork is enough to make donghyuck smile proudly.

there's no doubt hyejin is good at what she does.

as he stare at the woman in the stage, receiving all the compliments and support she deserve, a smile unconsciously make its way to his lips.
