The four take a closer look to inspect the rotten, skeletal form of someone who might have been the creator of the mech.
Aqua: He's already passed on. Not only did he turn undead, but he peacefully passed away with no lingering attachments.
Y/n: What if he's just a really intense emo.
Y/n: Heh, let's check.
He raises a his fingers in front of the corpse's face and began snapping.
Y/n: Hey, wake up!
No response.
Y/n: *shrug* Well, I tried.
Kazuma: Was there even a point in doing all that?
Y/n: It was just a small test.
Kazuma pinches the bridge of his nose and then shakes his head at the marvel that is Y/n. He examines the mummified body.
Kazuma: He looks like he died a solitary and lonesome death...
He looks at the dead man's face and examines it further. Aqua on the other hand, notices a stand next to the throne and sees a book of sorts laid atop it.
She picks it up and dusts it off.
Aqua: What's this? *opens it up*
She begins to read a few entries in it.
Aqua: "This country's big shots have made such an unreasonable request. Ordering me to make a fortress on this pittance?"
Aqua: "Absurd."
Y/n: This sounds like a diary of sorts.
Wiz: Indeed it does.
Aqua look to her fellow party members and they only gave her a nod as signal to keep on reading.
Aqua: Okay... *takes a breath*
Creator's Diary
"They asked about a power source too, but what do I care?"
A man is seen to be staring out into a view of a technological and advanced city. He had flowing long hair and a huge and extremely noticeable bald spot atop his chrome dome.
"Then, I told them to bring some legendary coronatite or something, I made it up on the spot and named it after a deadly virus known by many."
Kazuma and the others read this and their facial expressions were reminiscent of the one Y/n always makes.
The man is suddenly surrounded by strong looking warriors who placed a orange orb on a pedestal, looking like it was a thing that was made royalty.
"They actually brought it! What should I do? Will I get the death penalty when it dosen't work now? Please work, I'm really begging you!"
Once again, as they read on, the faces of what can only be described as "bruh" had not left their expressions. Aqua flips to some other page.
"All done. Uhh, as of this moment, it's gone on a rampage. The country has perished! Oh no! It got wiped out! Not poggers!"
The Destroyer was slowly crawling and all of the immediate surroundings were on fire and the diary owner was on top of it as he witnessed all of the events go down.
"Still, I'm kinda relieved. I'm quite satisfied with this. All right, I've decided. I'm going to spend the rest of my life here."
Smoke from the fiery destruction the fortress was causing began to billow in the whole place's area. So many orphans.
