Chapter 36: Bathroom Mishaps

A/n: First off, I just wanna say, I am so sorry for the long wait. Moving houses can be a real pain in the ass, I had my wifi moved over for a while now but I still had to get furniture transferred!

The second they heard her voice, Y/n and Megumin looked at each other in a state of panic, as they were still inside the bath together. And to make things a whole lot worse...

Nozomi: Aqua-san! Oh thank goodness!

The ancient dragon hugs the godess as if they were long time friends. Aqua almost jumped in surprise.

Aqua: Huh? Nozomi? I thought you didn't like me? Where is everyone?

She shivered. The entire time Y/n and the gang were outside, Nozomi was at home, hiding for her life because for some reason, she feared Chomosuke.

She hid perfectly, like Saddam Hussein.

Aqua: Huh... okay, well I got the reward for the toad's meat. We should go get the others and celebrate! I'm thinking we should buy some wine, maybe some wine. Oh! And more wine!

Nozomi only nodded uncaring because now that someone is home, she's not going in alone. Slowly, the pair walked into the living room where a sleeping Kazuma was snoring on the couch.

Aqua: *sighs* This guy...

Nozomi: Don't let go. Please, Aqua-san.

She was really clinging onto Aqua, her eyes wildly wandered around, as if the cat creature would jump out at her from a hiding spot or something.

In the bath

Y/n: Crap! Megumin, did you lock the door to the bath?

Megumin: No! I-I didn't! What should we do now?

In the hallway, Aqua's footsteps could be heard, creeping closer and closer.

Aqua: Y/n, Megumin, I'm back! C'mon, at least say something! Are you taking a bath or something?

Chomosuke shakes it's fur and dries itself off.

Y/n: Ah crap apples! She knows! Wait a sec, why do I care about that? *gets up*

Y/n: Just wait here, Megumin.

He walks out of the bath and in front of the door, fearless because he would never be called a Lolicon. He's no perv like Kazuma so he'll be fine, right?

Megumin: Y/n, what're you doing?!

Y/n: Look, they'll understand if I just told them that I needed your help with washingn my back, right? I'll go out and talk to them.
