Chapter 5- The Secret

SERENITY

I put the note away so no one could find it. I took out my homework and got to work.

After 2 hours of non stop writing and typing, I was done. It was 2 o clock, yeah, I usually get my classes done early and leave since there's nothing else to do. The teachers had no problem with it. I got up off of my bed. My sisters weren't home yet, and neither was my brother, so I had nothing to do. I decided to take a shower, I got my clothes, and walked to the bathroom. By the time I got out, it was 2:23. I guess I could sit in the living room and watch a kdrama. I got a bag of chips and a bottle of water and sat on the living room couch.

Sooner or later, it was 4:30, I watched 2 episodes and then my sisters came to snatch the remote away. My twin sisters, Hayul and Junlie. I held the remote in the air. "No one is getting it until I get hugs and see some respect." The twins sat down and folded their hands together. "Choose something you both like. Maybe Miraculous." The twins gasped and nodded their heads. I gave Junlie the remote and she put on Miraculous, and Hayul rested her head on Junlie's lap watching the show. "You guys finished homework, right?" They both nodded their heads. "Alright. Good job! You want something to snack on or you want dinner?" They both raised their hands in the air "Snaaacks!!" I nodded my head and handed them apple slices, which they both gladly took and started munching on.

Sooner or later, I came out from my room and saw my parents sitting on the couch. Talking to Seonghwa? He came over? My mom looked at me and said "Oh! You're here! You didn't tell us that Seonghwa came back!" I shrugged and smiled "Must've slipped my mind." I sat next to my mom and Seonghwa smiled at me. My dad asked "So, you guys are friends again?" Seonghwa answered "I hope so. I don't know if she would like to be my friend after my sudden departure." My mom answered "I'm sure she would. She's missed you very much." I nodded my head very fast and Seonghwa chuckled. "Alright. We're friends again." We both knew we weren't back to being friends, it was way more than that. My mom asked "Do you want to stay for dinner? Please do, the kids missed you a lot. Especially the twins." Seonghwa smiled and said "I'd love to, I missed your food very much." My mom clapped and said "Yes!! I'll prepare you a nice meal!" My mom went to the kitchen and my dad stared Seonghwa down. "No funny business with my daughter, alright?" I shook my head "No funny business, Mr. Jeon." He bunny smiled and said "Good answer." My dad went to help my mom in the kitchen and I went to my room. Seonghwa followed and we sat on my bed.

"You want to watch a movie?" He shrugged and continued to stare at me. I looked at him and blushed "Whaaat? Stop staring like that." He looked me up and down slowly. "Park Seonghwa, no, we just met again." He pulled me closer to him and sat me on his lap resting his chin on my shoulder. "Then we can stay like this." He purposely put me on his lap for 1 reason and that reason only. To feel what he was hiding and probably dealing with for awhile. I sighed and smiled "You're lucky you're cute." He licked his lips and flipped me around, to which I was met with his lips. I kissed him back and cupped his face. He pulled away and kissed my neck, soon starting to create hickeys. I took my shirt off and so did he. He went back to my neck creating a few more hickeys and then I pushed him to the bed frame where I straddled his lap and gave his neck the same treatment. His hands found his way to my ass and he kept them there. I soon took off my jeans and he pushed me down onto the bed hovering above me. "You sure you want to?" I nodded my head. "I'm sure. Completely sure." He ran a hand through his hair and kissed me again.

Me and Seonghwa were sitting at the dinner table eating. Hayul and Junlie finished their food early and were sitting on Seonghwa's lap. You can see they really missed him a lot. Junlie laid her head on his chest and so did Hayul, they got tired pretty easily. Seonghwa rubbed both their heads "Aaww...you can go to sleep, girls. I'll still be here when you wake up." I looked at him and mouthed "Still be here?" He put a finger over his mouth, motioning for me to be quiet and nodded his head. It was one of his tactics to get the girls to fall asleep faster, smart.

Janely asked "So, why did you come back?" Seonghwa answered "You know how the family is. Moving from house to house." Janely nodded her head "Yeah, that sucks. Especially when you have to leave behind the people you care for, and get accustomed to your new home, and make new friends, cause most of the time, it doesn't end up working." Seonghwa nodded "Yeah, that happened to me. I didn't have many friends and a lot of the boys were scared of me. The girls liked me because I fit their "bad boy" description, so that caused some boys to be jealous of me as well. It's like I was the problem maker of the school." I responded "That sucks. Well, you're not there anymore." My mom answered "Yeah, you're back home." She smiled at Seonghwa and he smiled back at her and continued eating.

Seonghwa finished his food and he slowly carried the twins to their room. He laid them down in their beds and tucked them in. I smiled watching from the door frame. Junlie rolled over and cuddled one of her plushies and Hayul did as well. He smiled and walked to me "See? My old tactics still work." He leaned on the doorframe. "Duh. Cause they're still little kids. Of course it'll still work." He kissed me quickly and left their room, leaving the door a little open. I said "How are you so good with kids?" Seonghwa shrugged and said "I don't really know. My parents don't show me love like your parents do, so I don't know how I developed it." I shrugged as well "It's another one of your mysteries then."
