Meanwhile Ryder rode his horse back to town as fast he could, where back in town a mob was yelling and shouting while they held up torches that were lit up with fire, as black carriage box pulled up, and three women dragged Marjorie towards the carriage. . .

"This woman is weak!, Please!" Inkling who was in crowd tried to convince the people who were dragging Marjorie to stop, but the people who dragged the old woman into the carriage didn't stop "She need's a hospital, not an asylum!" Inkling shouted

As Marjorie was placed into the carriage, Gloria walked up towards the carriage doors, and asked Marjorie. . .

"Have you ever seen the inside of a mad house, Marjorie?" as she shook her head "You wouldn't last a week. Just give me your son's hand, and I'll set you free."

"Never." Marjorie answered, as Gloria shut the carriage doors and locked it

"Take her away!" Gloria shouted

The black box carriage rode off with Marjorie inside, as the crowd stood silence while they held their torches, But before the carriage could go anywhere, Ryder showed up from the corner of the town entrance, on his horse and blocked the carriage's way.

"Stop!" Ryder shouted, as the carriage stopped in midtrack

Ryder quickly got off of his horse and grabbed the enchanted mirror and ran up towards the back of the carriage doors, where he saw his mother trapped inside. . .

"Mama." Ryder said, as he clutched her hands from the small bar windows

"Oh, Ryder. I thought I'd lost you." Marjorie responded

"Let her out! She's hurt." Ryder told Ladybird

"We can't do that, Sir. But we'll take very good care of her." Ladybird responded

"My mother's not crazy." Ryder said "Gloria, tell her!"

"You know how loyal I am to your family, but your mother's been making some unbelievable claims." Gloria answered

"It's true, Ryder." A woman from the crowed said as she walked up "She's been raving about a beast in a castle!" she said as the crowed laughed, thinking it was a joke.

"I've just come from the castle and there is a beast!" Ryder replied

"You'd say anything to set her free. Your word is hardly proof." Gloria said

"You want proof?" Ryder asked, as he held the mirror and talked into it "Show me the Beast!" he said as the mirror formed the view of the female polar bear roaring, and turned the mirror around to show the crowd.

The crowd gasped in shocked, as they all backed away, and muttered to themselves, while talking to one another, except for Inkling and Ace. . .

"There's your proof." Ryder called out to the crowd

Gloria snatched the mirror away from Ryder's hands, and looked into it, while saying. . .

"This is sorcery!. . .Look at this beast!" Gloria stated "Look at her fangs!" Gloria yelled while showing the beast that was showed in the mirror to the crowd, while the crowd exclaimed in fright "Her claws!" She shouted again

"No. Don't be afraid." Ryder spoke up "She's gentle and kind."

The crowd muttered to themselves, as Gloria spoke up. . .

"The monster has him under a spell. If I didn't know better, I'd say he even cared for her!"

"She's not a monster, Gloria. You are!" Ryder said angrily "The Beast wouldn't hurt anyone." He explained to the crowd
