"Hey..." Isabella said smiling as she sat next to Jaden. "Hey" he mumbled looking down. "Uh- How are you?" she asked and he shrugged. "Now that you're here a lot better" he smiled at her and she did the same. "I'm glad you're fine... Do you maybe want to come continue classes?..." she asked. He could see the hope and please in her eyes. He knew that she wanted him to be okay. So that was what he would show her, that he was okay...even though he wasn't. "Yeah, let's go" he smiled and took his bag as he stood up. The girl smiled wide, making him smile too. Only seeing her smiling made him happier... only a little bit, but it still did.

{Skip after school cause it's boring}

All the teens walked back home together, talking about random stuff, laughing, joking about things, singing. Only Jaden walked behind them, not talking to them. It's not like they talked to him either. They don't care anyways... He kept walking while looking down as he listened to some music with his airpods on. He kept thinking about how easily they ignored him and kept having fun. They were just trying to not bother him, cause they knew that he wouldn't be in the mood. He still wanted to see them trying though...

He suddenly felt a hand touching his shoulder and he turned to his side, facing Isabella smiling at him. "Hey" she smiled and he took off his airpods. "Hey" he smiled back. It was not a fake smile, he wasn't good at those... He really did want to smile at her, cause she was smiling too and it made his heart drop. He still couldn't believe it. He couldn't believe that he couldn't grab her face and kiss her. "Do you want to go grab some ice cream?" she asked smiling. "It's February" he chuckled at her. "So? You love ice cream! And we have to celebrate for your birthday anyways!" she smiled and his face dropped for a second. "My birthday... right..." he saod looking down.  "Oh- I'm sorry Jae-" "No its okay... It's stupid anyway... Which normal person gets sad when it's his birthday..." He laughed at himself. "Hey, don't say that. We both know that there's a serious reason" she said and he laughed again. "Okay whatever" he said and she sighed. "So do you want ice cream?" she asked and he nodded. "Okay, wait for me, ill go tell the guys that we're leaving" she smiled and Jaden nodded smiling at her.

"So, how are you?" she asked as they sat on the table with their ice cream bowls. "I'm fine, Bell" he smiled. "Oh come on... we're alone now, you can tell me" she said and he sighed looking down. "I don't know if I want to talk about it..." he said, being honest to the girl. "Jae... I don't want to pressure you into talking to me but- don't you think that you have to talk to someone? Now that Sophie's back home you're not talking to anyone..." she said and he looked down. "Do you think that you could try seeing a therapist? Maybe it could help... It's nothing bad, everyone does it, you just talk to them and finally release all the pressure..." she said and he kept thinking. Maybe she's right... Maybe it's not a bad idea... Maybe it will stop me from being crazy... And Bell will stop being worried about me...

"Okay" he said looking down. "Wait really?" she asked excited? The boy smiled and looked up at her. "Yes, I'll try it... I mean you're right, it will make me feel better" he said smiling as she smiled too. "Oh my god Jae I'm so proud of you" she smiled and hugged him tight. He smiled at himself, feeling proud of himself too. "I want you to be okay, okay? And if you don't feel comfortable with the therapist I've found you'll tell me and we'll go somewhere else, okay?" She said and he smiled. "You've already found a therapist?" "Uh... Yeah I wanted to make an appointment as soon as you were ready so I wanted it to be quick and I already-" "Okay okay" he laughed. "Thanks..." He said finally pulling away. "Thanks for thinking about it... And I'll tell you but I'm sure I'll be fine" he said and she smiled.

"I'm genuinely so so proud of you" she smiled and he chuckled. "Why are you proud" "Cause you finally feel comfortable enough to talk to someone... You haven't been ready for years now..." She said and he smiled looking down. "Eventually, maybe something good came out of our break up..." He said looking down and she looked down too. "It still doesn't make me happy about breaking up with you..." she said. "Me neither..." he mumbled. "I also don't know if the therapist will handle listening to all those cheesy things I have to tell her about you" he chuckled trying to lighten the mood. The girl quickly blinked her tears away and chuckled too. "Okay, let's go home, I'll call and make an apointment for tomorrow..." "Sounds great..."
