Chan: Okay, now that we have Jisung, we have to somehow get Seungmin.

Hyunjin: You woke us up for this?!

Felix: Hyunjin, calm down. The night is the best time to attack, you know that.

Hyunjin: True, I'm just so tired. We literally just got that boy yesterday and now we have to go back!

Chan: I'm sure we all feel that way, but remember the consequences. And leader really wants these two boys for some reason.

Minho: Do you have a plan already?

Chan: Yeah.

Minho: Did you even get any sleep last night?

Chan: Sleep? What's that?

Minh: Oh my god, Chan. We could have thought of it together. Why did you stay up thinking?

Chan: ...

Chan: Anyway, the plan is we're gonna disguise ourselves as sages and enter the castle. Since it's night, only the guards will be up, and they'll be too tired to actually check if we're really sages, so they'll let us in. Then we sneak into Seungmin's room, knock him out, and bring him back here.

Felix: Who's going?

Chan: Just you, me, and Hyunjin.

Minho: What about me?

Chan: I think you should stay here with Jisung, you're closest to him.

Minho: And do what?!

Chan: Get him breakfast, new clothes, make sure he's alright.

Minho: But-

Chan: Minho, let me remind you that just because we're demons, it doesn't mean we're monsters. We will not treat our captives badly because it's not their fault they're here. Unless they do something to anger us, we have no reason not to be kind.

Minho: I- fine. You guys can go. Leave me behind, I don't care. I'm not mad, you are.

I walk out of the room, slamming the door shut behind me.

I plop myself onto the couch and groan in frustration.

Guilt immediately takes over me.

I really shouldn't have done that.

It's not like anything Chan said was wrong, I'm just too much of a jerk to understand.

I hear the door open and someone walks towards me, sitting down next to me.

Felix: Minho, are you okay?

Minho: Yeah... Chan?

Felix: He isn't mad at you. We all understand how you feel, okay? None of us are judging you or anything.

I sigh when I feel Felix gently patting my back.

Felix: How about some cuddles before I leave?

Minho: That would be great.
