Father: Jisung! Come here! They might hurt you!

What? Who might hurt me? There's no danger- oh...

He's talking about Minho and the other demons...

Jisung: Father, they aren't-

Before I can finish my sentence, I get pulled towards them by one of my father's men.

Man: Prince, you must be careful. We don't know what these monsters are capable of.

Jisung: You don't understand. They won't harm us!

Father: Jisung, be quiet. They brainwashed you into thinking that. They kidnapped you, don't forget that.

Jisung: But they were just forced to-

Father: Jisung, shut up! We'll talk once we're home. Men, grab those monsters and cage them.

Tears well up in my eyes and I start struggling against the man's grip.

The men grab Minho and the others and even though they're demons, they're still recovering from attacking the leader.

They won't be nearly as strong as before, but it will still take a few men to get each one into the cages.

Unfortunately, my father brought plenty of men.

Jisung: Let go of me! They are good! They won't-

A sharp stinging sensation on my cheek stops me from finishing my plead.

I hold my hand against my cheek and turn my head in shock to see my father burning with anger.

Father: Get. inside.

Father has gotten extremely mad at times, but he never laid a hand on me.

Never.

Why is he so mad at me? 

Why can't he just listen to what I have to say?

Still dazed by the impact, I give up struggling and let the men guide me into the car.

Before the door closes, I see Minho struggling to get to me, screaming my name.

Minho: We didn't do anything! Jisung! Let him go!

The tears I've been holding back finally escape my eyes in thick streams down my cheeks.

A last heart-wrenching scream leaves Minho as we drive away.

"Jisung! Come back!"
