Oikawa's Pov:
We are close. Iwa-chan was one paycheck away from getting the right amount that we needed. I smiled thinking about how he was supposed to get paid today. It was Saturday and I was waiting for Iwa-chan to get home. But then I realized he wouldn't be home until like 6pm. I noticed something about Iwa a week ago. He went into the shower then I heard low groaning. I didn't know how to confront him about it. When he got home, I blushed and walked to the door slowly to greet him.
"Hey Iwa~chan."
"Hey 'kawa, I know you don't like store bought milk bread but I got some for you."
"Thank you Iwa-chan you're so sweet!"
"Tch. I'm about to go to the bank real quick wanna come?"
"Gasp Iwa are you going to rob the bank-"
"My paycheck- did you not want it?"
"Nononono I'm sorry we can go."
"Go put a jacket on it's cold outside."
"Alright wait real quick-"
I got my jacket and went with Iwa. We walked outside and walked to bank. He put all the money we had on a Debit card. I smiled and kissed his cheek. When we walked back home, I gulped. Iwa-chan made the surgery call and I was listening to him.
"Hello?"
"Hello this is Omega Remark how may I help you?"
"Yes um I want to schedule a Bond Removal."
"Alright may I get the patient's first and last name."
"Tooru Oikawa."
"Okay so there is a opening for September 19 at 4:00 pm is that good?"
"Umm yes September 19 at 4:00 pm is good. Thank you."
"Alright, well we have Tooru Oikawa set up for a Bond Removal on September 19 at 4:00 pm. Please don't consume anything one hour prior to the surgery."
"Alright thank you, have a nice day."
"You too."
Once Iwa-chan got off the phone I sighed in relief. I was finally going to get this stupid mark off my neck. It hasn't been hurting since that day at the fair. But then I knew living with Iwa would get harder. Not for me but most likely for Iwa.
"Alright. Well that's done."
"Iwa are you nervous... my smell is going to effect you now."
"Just a little, but are you nervous?"
"Nope."
"Then that's good."
"But if your nervous Iwa-chan I'll be more nervous..."
"Sorry... after like a month or two I'll be fine... for all I know I might get all protective like I usual do but not on purpose."
"I thought only family gets protective?"
"True but I've known you since we were in kindergarten... I don't know."
"Just at least try to be a little hopeful...? For me at least."
"Alright... I'll be hopeful."
"Yay now let's go get ramen~"
"Well my beautiful, talented, prideful, and stupid boyfriend we have a test on Monday, and unlike you I have to study before a test to pass it, whereas you somehow don't study at all and end up passing."
