TimeSkip: 5 Months Later
Iwaizumi's Pov:
"Me-chan!"
"Hm?"
"I feel sentimental."
"What's wrong."
"I miss our son."
"He's coming back in a couple of weeks."
"I know, but I miss him."
Tooru laid on the bed with me. He laid on my legs like he used to. I smiled and he started purring. I put my hand through his hair.
"Why did you always lay in my lap like this?"
"Because I liked you duh."
"Makes sense."
"And somehow when I fall asleep I get good dreams."
"Oh?"
"Yeah."
"Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, I- need to tell you something."
"What?"
"I- I'm thinking about retiring."
"Are you really?"
"Yeah... the manager gave me the opportunity yesterday, do you think I should?"
"I mean yeah won't you be bored."
"No, we can go on some many trips."
"That'll be fun hm?"
"Yeah... I would wanna go with Mieko but he's in college~"
"Not your husband?"
"Nah."
"And you call me mean."
"Kidding, kidding."
He sat up and kissed me. I kissed him back out and he smiled. He laid his head on my shoulder. He was hoodie mode and I rubbed his back. I looked back at the book I was reading beforehand. We stayed like that for a while.
I guess we fell asleep because when I opened my eyes it was dark. I was pretty hungry so I shook Tooru lightly. He didn't wake up and I shook him again. He whined and moved his head.
"Get up babe."
"No."
"I'm hungry though."
"Mhm."
"I'm about to go get some McDonald's."
"Do deliver."
"I have to get up to get my phone."
He handed me my phone and I chuckled. I put our order. Once I was done, I grabbed the remote. I turned on the T.V and started looking at videos. Tooru coughed and pat his pack.
"Are you alright?"
"I'm sick."
"I could've made you some soup."
"I wanted McDonalds."
"If you get me sick I'm beating your ass."
"Bet?"
"Eh- ARE YOU STUPID!"
"Sorry sorry stop yelling."
He sniffed and I sighed. I put his head back on my shoulder and he giggled. He turned it head towards my neck. He started giving me hickeys. I didn't really mind that much. When the McDonald's arrived I got up, I was carrying Tooru. I grabbed my wallet and tipped the guy. I grabbed out food, locked the door and sat back down on the bed. We ate our food and he got off me. We watched a movie and he fell asleep again. I ate the rest of his fries. I felt the hickeys he gave me and then threw the trash away.
When I came back he was pouting.
"Oi! I was *sniff* gonna eat the rest of my fries!"
"While you were sleep?"
"Yeah it's like a *sniff* thing!"
He got up and I kissed him.
"Don't worry, I'll buy you some milk bread."
"I haven't had milk bread in so long~"
"You had some last week."
"So long ago~"
"You're so annoying."
"But you love me."
"I do love you."
"Heehee!"
