Iwaizumi's Pov:
"Hurry up shittykawa we don't got all day!"
"You can't rush perfection Iwa~chan!"
"Yeah well you can't rush time either so come on!"
"Fine fine."
He came out the bathroom and I rolled my eyes. I opened the door and we walked to a restaurant. For some odd reason he wanted to go wine tasting. So I made reservations a bar for us to go wine tasting. When we got there we showed them our ID's and they brought us to the room. We both picked out wine we wanted to taste.
"Ooo that one!"
"You sound like a child."
"I will have you know, that a child can't drink wine!"
"Yeah well people might think that there's a child in here if you keep yelling like that!"
"So mean~"
In totally we agreed to try 5 different types of wine. We poured our first shot and the wine was Loveblock Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2019. We cheered then took the first shot. I didn't enjoy the taste of it much but it was enjoyable. Oikawa obviously didn't like it since he started gagging.
"Ew nasty!"
"Shhh."
"Did you like it Iwa?"
"No I agree it was nasty."
"See~"
"But that's rude to say out loud dumbass!"
"Meanie Iwa-chan~ You can't be mean to your date!"
"Yeah yeah whatever."
We poured our next shot and the wine was Sottimano Mate Rosso 2019. We took the shot together and I liked this one. I looked at Oikawa and he was pouring himself another shot.
"What are you doing!"
"What this is good~!"
"This wine tasting, not trying to get drunk!"
"Aww well can we buy this one?"
"Fine."
"Yay... next one!"
I rolled my eyes and poured both of our shots. The wine was Treleanven Cabernet Franc 2019. I also enjoyed this one and I hummed. When I looked up at Oikawa he was pouting and shaking his head.
"Do you not like this one?"
"It's better than the first one... but a lot worse than the second one."
"Really...? I like this one."
"You're weird."
"You took 3 hours getting ready for this I don't wanna hear anything."
"But I look hot so I hear no complaints~"
"You already looked hot."
He blushed and I snickered hearing him go silent. I poured our next drink, the wine was Alois Lageder 'Riff' Pinot Grigio 2019. I liked this one as well and I looked up at Oikawa. He had already poured himself another shot and I sighed.
"You dumbass."
"Hey this one is they best so far."
"We're only taking home one bottle two bottles cost way to much!"
"Then I want this one."
He burped and excused himself. I rolled my eyes and poured our last drink. The wine was Eberle Barbera and I hated this one. I didn't even finish the shot it was so bad. Oikawa laughed at me and surprisingly he liked this one.
"That was nasty."
"This one tasted good. I would rate them the Alois one, the Sottimano one, this one and the first one."
"That was utterly disgustang!"
"Nah, you just have bad taste in wine."
"You're just lucky the had the bottles WERE opened already or I would've let you opened each and every one of them."
"AGh, so rude~!"
I felt a headache coming along and I took a deep breath.
"Woah~ Iwa are you drunk?"
"N-no!"
"Hahahaha Iwa you're totally drunk, you can't even look at me."
He was right. I could barely see him. But I wasn't totally drunk. I could still comprehend things and I burped.
"Yay now I get to take care of you."
"I'm not that drunk, I just have a headache."
"Gasp you would you usually yell that at me awww."
"Tch. Fine you get to take care of me."
"Gasp you must be really really drunk then."
I rolled my eyes and he got up. I got up and gave him my credit card so he could buy the bottle he wanted. I couldn't walk straight and my cheeks were heating up. Oikawa was holding my hand to make sure, I wouldn't bump into anybody. When we got home he put his wine in the fridge and I sat down on the couch.
"Iwa~!"
"Stop yelling."
"Right sorry... are you hungry?"
"Sure. If you burn down the house I'm going to punch you."
"Relax, I'll make you my famous ham and cheese sandwich."
"Thank you, babe."
Oikawa's Pov:
Babe?! Did he just call me babe?! My cheeks were BRIGHT red as I put bread on a plate. I got the ham and cheese. Was he that drunk? He didn't seem that drunk?! I walked over to him and gave him the plate with the sandwich on it. I sat beside him and he ate the sandwich. He yawned and I just couldn't get over the fact that he just called me BABE! As I kept freaking out, I felt his head on my shoulder. I heard a small breath and I looked over at him. ONLY SHI-! He looked adorable. Sleeping on my shoulder, I felt like I was having a heart attack. I turned my body to face him and he fell asleep ON MY FREAKING LAP. I smiled and started playing with his spiky hair.
