TimeSkip: 4 Weeks Later
Oikawa's Pov:
"Do you have to go to work today?"
"Yes, I've missed to many days of this month to go with you for this ultrasound. If I miss another day of work, I'll be fired and we really don't want that right?"
"I guess, we have to save up to decorate the nursery."
"You better bring home a lot of ultrasounds do you understand me?"
"Heehee sir."
He left for work and I sighed. I was 5 weeks today, and it was the first ultrasound. I was supposed to here the heartbeat today and I was so excited. But it was at 11 and it was 7. I made some cereal. Atsumu and Koshi said that if I finish One Piece by the time I gave birth they would plan their first birthday party. And I was already on episode 21, only 949 episodes to go.
By the time it was 10:30, I was on episode 25, only 945 episodes to go. I put on some clothes and I got in the car. I drove to Mc'Donalds and got me a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and some lemonade. I ate then drove to the doctor's office. I filled out some forms and waited in the living room.
"Iwaizumi Tooru." I smiled and got up. I followed the doctor. She brought me to the room. She asked me questions on my symptoms and how we conceived.
"Hello Tooru, my name is Dr. Yoshihara, do you have any questions before we start?"
"I- I haven't really had an symptoms, is that normal?"
"That is completely normal, most people don't feel symptoms at this time." I let go of a deep breath and the doctor started feeling my stomach.
"Alright let's start the ultrasound." She smiled. I laid down and she lifted my shirt. She placed a special, cold ass gel on my stomach. She put a small wand on my stomach and I took a deep breath. She moved the wand around my stomach while looking at the screen. I did the same.
There was no heartbeat. After may like 10 minutes she put the wand away after not hearing a heartbeat after 10 minutes. I gulped and the doctor sighed.
"Sir, you're not pregnant."
I hiccuped and started crying.
"She- she said this was a guaranteed way..."
The doctor hugged me as I cried. I kept crying and I wiped my tears away.
"C-can I take an infertility test?"
"You and you're lover or just you?"
"Just me."
"Alright, I will be right back."
"okay thank you."
She left the room. I kept crying and I wiped my eyes. I can't believe I wasn't pregnant. How was I supposed to tell Me-chan. I was supposed to bring ultrasounds home and I'm not even pregnant. After like 20 minutes the doctor came back with sheets of paper and tubes.
After the infertility test, I waited in the waiting room for the results. I looked at the pictures of me and Me-chan. I bit my lip and I started crying again. Me-chan wouldn't want to be with me no more. Now everyone in the clinic was staring at me. Who's heard of an omega that can't get pregnant.
"Iwaizumi Tooru." I walked up to the receptionist desk. I grabbed the paper and read it. I started crying harder. I thanked the receptionist and went into the car. I was fucking infertile. I slammed the paper down and cried on the steering wheel. How were we supposed to make a family now? I can't believe this.
I went to Koshi's house. He gave me advice. He told me just to talk to Me-chan. I drove home and I folded the paper into my pocket. I unlocked the door and Me-chan was sitting on the couch. Me-chan walked up to me excited and I felt so guilty.
"Hey, how was it."
"It- umm"
"Woah you look like you've been crying, was it that beautiful." I started crying again and I shook my head.
"I- I'm i-infertile." I cried giving him the paper in my pocket. He read it and sighed. He hugged onto me and made me feel secure.
"I- I made a complete fool of myself."
"..."
"You hate me don't you? I- I understand if you want to- to get a di-divorce."
"No, no baby I don't hate you, and I don't want to get a divorce. I love you, and we can get through this."
"You lied to me, you- you said we'd get pregnant."
"I know, but I'm not lying this time when I say that we're going to have a family Tooru. And we're gonna get through this."
"I'm literally useless, why do you love me?!"
I said falling to my knees, he kept holding me. I tried to push him away and he kept holding me close.
"You're not useless, you're funny, adorable, sweet, and you're my love. Of course I'm going to keep loving you."
"Heehee."
"What?"
"You're so sweet heehee."
"Now say you love me so I can feel better."
"Haha I love you Me-chan~"
"I love you too."
