Ch 52 Comparing clues

It was Saturday evening, all the boys were at Tew's place again..

They had agreed on gathering for weekly reports. The first week had been canceled as they needed time to study their new surroundings..

They were all eagerly waiting for P'Lee to arrive so that they could start with their reports..The mood was truly somber as they sat around thinking of wat information they had each gathered..It was going to get riskier and the implications if any one of them failed, had finally hit them...

Bright sat working on his laptop..

Knot and Tew sat huddled together whispering, worry creasing their brows.

Tay and Em were discussing about their findings from their sessions with the kids..

Prem was busy texting and Arthit sat munching on popcorn...Em was the only junior present as he had accompanied Tay on his mission..

Lee walked in with King, apologizing for always keeping them waiting..he promised the next time he would make sure he was the first person in the room..

The others assured him tat it was ok. They understood he had his commitments at work. Law was unpredictable after all..

"Well, P'King s gonna be with us hereafter as he wants to help u out in your mission..once we know our clues let's plan our next step with him..ok? So I think we ll start with Tay, he has finished with talking to all the kids so we ll know where we stand at the orphanage.."Lee nodded at Tay asking him to proceed..

Tay stood up and started explaining wat they had found and deduced from their findings...

Clue 1:

" The kids at the orphanage are taken to the hospital for yearly visits,some with ailments go monthly. But there are a few healthy ones which go weekly. Around 8 kids have confessed to being taken for shots. I checked their files in the database and they seem healthy. No information on any illness s there in their orphanage records.. We could cross check with the hospital records too.

Clue 2:
One kid particularly caught my attention..he was smart enough to avoid going into a trance and only said wat I wanted to hear. This means he found out wat we were doing..and he had enough self control to avoid getting hypnotized..He s an intriguing boy of 12..

If possible I want to put a surveillance on him. If he's with the bad guys we need to know how much he knows about us..if he's not with them then he can be of use to us..I would like to recruit him to help us.

Clue 3:
Apart from this the orphanage staff are acting vary of us. They definitely are hiding something. Some of the kids really need psychiatric help too. After I move in to further sessions with them I ll be happy I'd we can help them too.." the last part he said looking at P'King..who nodded back...

Clue 4:
Next it was Arthit who stood up to speak, as his findings corroborated Tay's report..he gave them the details of wat was happening..he gave details of each kid, showing them the reports on his laptop..

Clue 5:
Knot explained about the Korean students and their research..

Clue 6:
Prem showed them his list of foreign patients waiting for transplants..Especially hearts..

Clue7:
Along with these each of their drives contained the details of the personnel and patients linked to transplants which they submitted for filtering and verification by the surveillance team.

Tay requested for help in surveillance of Kao. Arthit wanted John and Dr.Sakda checked out..Lee agreed to do it virtually as of they couldn't put people to follow them without raising suspicion.

King sat quietly listening to each of their views on the details..how they planned their next moves..they were really sharp, these boys could pass off for detectives any time he mused...but first things first..he wanted to put an end to this menace sooner rather than later, before innocent lives were lost..

He cleared his throat, looking at everyone..

" Guys, u have done admirably well trying to risk yourselves and gather all this info..I think we need to go on to the next step when we still have the upper hand..he paused looking at Lee for approval..the latter nodded his agreement..

So he continued, " Arthit, next weekend s our family get together..I think it's time to bring Singto out of hiding.."

"But, P'King...."Arthit hesitated..

"We have the advantage now Arthit, I agree with King" Lee spoke up.."Don't worry, he ll be under total surveillance..we ll not let any harm come to him..I promise u."

Arthit nodded at that..So it was decided. Singto will be introduced as the Suthiluck/ Ruangroj heir, flaunting his wealth, a perfect reason for his family, tat respected status and riches, to accept him now.

It was also decided tat Tay would try to give Kao a present, which would be a bug/tracker, giving them his whereabouts all the time. After they confirm his level of involvement with the criminals, Tay would think of how to approach him and pull him to their side..

Knot's list of people would be tailed, their backgrounds checked and when the right time came Lee would have warrants for their arrest and have them deported back..

Prem's list of people waiting for transplants will also be closely monitored to get further clues on their contacts..

Arthit, listened to all these plans, but his mind dwelled on Singto. How would he react to facing his family again so soon, with so little notice..??
