October 31st Mountain Lodge 04:45am
Damian had been waking Jon up at unreasonable times but he decided to give Jon a break today and he went for his walk alone. While out on his walk however he bumped into Cass and Jason who were talking and didn't notice him.
"What are you two up to, this early in the morning" Damian asked
"We're planning something for tonight" Jason said
"Can I help" Damian asked
"Yeah sure, we want to find a way to scare everyone when we are on our Halloween walk tonight" Cass said
"What have you got so far?" Damian asked
"Nothing really" Jason said
"How about we bring one of the Kents in on this" Damian said
"For what" Cass asked
"Well if it's pitch black, and we get one of them to use let's say their heat vision we can create glowing red eyes in the forest" Damian said
"That's not a bad idea" Jason said
"When do I ever have a bad idea" Damian replied
"Okay so we have something now we need a plan" Cass said
"Wait which Kent?" Jason asked
"I presume he wants to use Jon" Cass said
"No as much as I like Jon, I want to see him scream with fear so I suggest Kon" Damian said
"Why not Clark or Lara" Cass asked
"Well Lara would spoil the surprise by telling Helena and Jon and Kent wouldn't want to take part in something like this" Damian said
"That's a good point" Jason said
"Now we need to decide how we're going to cause a scare while also walking with the others" Cass said
"Well I'm going to go to reception because father still needs to ask about what trail to take, we could pay them to give him a route we have set up and we can split from the group at some stage, it isn't abnormal for us three to leave an activity because we're bored" Damian said
"Okay that's a good idea" Jason said
"You go do that, I'll get a few other scares ready and Jay you go talk to Kon" Cass said
"Okay I'll talk to you two in a bit" Damian said
Damian began his walk back to the lodge and when the lodge came back into sight he saw Jon out on the balcony half asleep. Damian snuck past before Jon saw him and made his way towards reception where there was a woman standing behind the desk
"Hello, how may I help you" the woman asked
"Do you have any haunted trails or could you lie about having a haunted trail when my father comes looking for one" Damian asked
"As a matter of fact we do, you see this path here, the legend says that four teenagers went walking one night October 31st to be exact, just disappeared and when the family's went searching they found nothing but a shoe and scraps of clothing" the woman replied
"Thank you, will you make sure to let my father know this" Damian said
"Will do" the woman said
Damian turned and headed back up to the room, where Jon was still standing outside looking at the mountains. Damian snuck up behind him and scared him which caused him to jump and scream
"Dami, why would you do that" Jon asked
"It's Halloween, it's all about fear and scares" Damian replied
