Chapter 6: Mystery Feelings

Ocean POV

The sunlight woke me up and I saw Smokey and Willow asleep next to me. I got up and started to wash myself seeing that my coat had a lot of dirt on it. While I was washing Smokey started to wake up and when he did he saw me and smiled. It's hard to believe that we lost so much but gained the same amount he said. Ya all I wonder now is that did we make the right choice. Yes' Smokey said looking at the other apprentices including Gold and Star the two females that were sisters but had only the same green eyes  to show that they were related. Gold had a yellow fur that in the sunlight shined like gold, but Star had a silver fur with very light grey spots that in the moonlight shown like she had stars on her fur.The three males with me and Smokey were Storm and Flame who were brothers. While Flame had a red stripe that had a fire like appearance running across his chest, Storm had a light gray fur with bright sunbaked yellow eyes. Well we better get Willow up I said and went over to her and nudged her with a paw. I was greeted with deep brown eyes of my sister. Is it time we get up she asked curiously. Yes I said me and Smokey were about to go out would you like to join us. Of course she said a little to lound. Cause Gold got up and and asked where are you three going. Ouside said Smokey. Oh can I come I can show you around she said exitedly. Ok I said and I felt a little glow of warmth as I saw her get up fully and stretched then headed out. I went after her along with my siblings and saw how the sun shown on her beautiful fur. I felt that feeling of warmth again. Come on she said follow me. She walked to a den with thorns and said this is the Warrior den where our tribe warriors sleep. She then walked over to a fern like den that had a milky scent coming off it. This is the nursery she continued her tour. Now this den she said coming to Moonlights den is our leaders den. It was a solid rock with a crack in it to fit a wolf and is hollowed on the inside. This over here she said is the elders den coming to a fallen tree that has fern leaves covering the entrance.  Follow me she said exitment shining in her eyes. She went inside and when we entered we saw a group of elderly wolfs sharing fresh kill. When they noticed us one motioned for us to come inside and said is this Shades children Gold. Yes this is Willow, Smokey and Ocean motioning each of us in turn. Well have you eaten this morning? We all just shook are heads. Well come eat with us he welcomed. My name is Shadow this is Silver, Crow, Fern and Owl. We all walked foward and Gold came over to me and said do you want to share a mouse with me.There was that feeling again and it was growing sure I said and sat next to her. Now do you four want to hear a story asked Midnight. Can you tell us about the battle of the five tribes asked Gold? Well said Silver it started when the leaders Branch, River,Dust, and Flare all needed more terrirory and Dust started to steal prey from all the territories so a battle came and it was the most bloodiest of battles. Many died including the leaders Dust and River who died saving his mate who was about to have pups. Wow said Willow that must have took lots of courage. Yes said Crow smiling at her I bet it did.
