I walked out with my brothers from the elders den to see our mentors waiting for us. I walk up to Frost and asked" what are we doing today"? We are going to explore the territory with your brothers and their mentors. Alright I said excitement tingling through my body. I follow my mentor through the the camp barrier with my siblings. Where are we going asked Ocean curiosity sparking up in his eyes. We are heading through are territory to show you the markers and boundaries and so you can get to know the other tribes. I saw Smokey perk up at the words other tribes. Thery're are other tribes around us now. Yes the tribes are River,Mountain, Fire, and we are Air explained Fire as they walked through the forest. What makes each tribe different I asked. Well River Tribe wolfs fur are made where they are able to swim with relative ease Said Oak. Mountain Wolfs are able to walk on sharp rocks cause their pads are harder than ours. Fire Tribe wolfs are have the courage of a blazing fire and wil want to do anything to protect their territories. While we are as quick as the air and the wind. Here we are said Fire as they came across the river. This the barrier to the River tribe he explained as they walked by. So where are we going next asked Smokey? We are heading for the Fire tribe territory said Oak. Walking ahead she put a paw out signaling to stop. She turned around and said be careful around here their are cars on this road that will come out during the day less often at night. As she said that the ground started shaking she whipped around and hissed get down. Me and my siblings crouched fear coursing through my veins. As I watched. I saw a flash of red signaling a car went by. Slowly we stood back up. Suddenly Frost started laughing and my brothers mentors joined in. Whats so funny asked Ocean. You three said Oak between her laughs. But that is just what all apprentices do I did it once my self. Really Smokey asked curiously. Yes we all did it Fire said amusement still evident in his voice. Lets go quickly before another car comes Frost said. We all looked around the road then we dashed to the other side quickly. We slowed down to a walk after we crossed the other side and she said the bounery to the Fire tribe is this rock with claw marks on it. We walked along the side of boundery carefully avoiding it. As we walk I started wondering what will we be once we grow up in the tribe. My thoughts were quickly broken when I heard Fire saying this is the Mountian tribes boundery nodding toward the fallen tree. We walked through the forest and we reached another fallen tree but it goes to an island. This is the meeting island said Oak. Lets go back to camp said Fire you three must be hungry he said and I noticed that the sun was going down. While we were walking through the forest I heard a rustling behind me I turned around to meet a pair of frost like eyes that had an aged look to them. Hello yound one you must be one of the new appretices. I silently nodded to his question. Hello Shard said Oak greeted the aged wolf. His pelt was a faded brown that contrasted to his pelt. Smokey, Ocean, Willow she said this is Shard are healer he belongs sleeps in the den that had all the thorns on it. He holds all his stash and if he has an aprrentice with him he or she would be with him in the den. They all nodded to this explanation. We were just heading to camp do you want to join us. That would be fine said Shard and he followed behind us as we walked through the barrier. You three get some fresh kill and rest your training will start fully tommorow. I went over to sit next to my siblings. But before I could I heard Flame called me and I turned around and he asked do you want to share this rabbit with me. I felt a glow enter my chest and I said sure I would love to and I went over and sat next to him under a tree by the apprentice den and we ate till the sun dissapered. We both got up and headed in the den I saw Smokey and Ocean sleeping next to each other and Gold next to Ocean as well with Star on the other side of her I went to the other side of Smokey and Flame sat next to me and his brother Storm and I fell asleep by his steady pumping of his heart.
