Miyuki Hatake : Kakashi's daughter

Chapter 3

It was 8 in the morning when we all woke up. The plan is supposed to take place in about an hour. We checked everything thoroughly without acting suspicious, the knives, the hiding spots everything was ready.

It is 9 am. This is it. This was my cue to distract them. I scream, to get everyone's attention on me.

"What the hell little girl?!" As soon as everyone had their eyes on me I activated my Sharingan for a second to show it to them and made a run for it. Of course I knew that they would easily catch me but at least I would get them away from the others. After a few seconds of running I looked back to see if every one of them were behind. Luckily they were and I decided not to look back again and focus on my running. That was one of my biggest mistakes.

A couple minutes later they finally caught up with me. I activate my Sharingan again and as I look back and I was shocked. There were only two adults. No this can't be happening. One pinned me down to the floor with one of my hands behind my back.

"I had to see it for myself. I can't believe the fact that we had an Uchiha in our building. We would have taken special care of her." Said the man with black hair as he smirked. I recognize him. His name was Dai. He was the worst psychotic adult in the orphanage. Why him?

"I still don't get it, we ran tests on all the kids to check for any special kekkei Genkai and we didn't get anything on her." I could barely see who asked, but I think that it was the woman with short blonde hair.

"Hm I get it now. We didn't get anything on her because she didn't just have Uchiha blood in her. Her blood is mixed with that of some other clan. She is only a half-blood Uchiha." I try to follow what Dai was saying but I kept getting lost. What is he talking about? Uchiha? Half blood?

"I don't get it." I say, trying my best not to show the fear in my voice. Don't be scared, it's going to be okay, you'll be okay, and your friends will be okay. "Where are the others? Where are my friends?!"

"Don't worry your friends won't survive for much longer. Now that we have you there's no need for them." My body froze. No, I don't want my friends to die. No we were supposed to escape. "I have to admit, it was a good plan. Aina is pretty smart for her age. It might've worked if kids weren't so naive."

"What are you talking about?" I get the courage to ask. "Oh right you don't know do you? You see one of your own friends betrayed you."

"You're lying!" I screamed even though I knew exactly who he was talking about. I let my head down on the floor. I felt defeated, naive, stupid. I wanted to cry but I couldn't. I had to stay strong. I had to- for my friends.

While he was explaining another man came running with a boy in his hand "Sir we heard back from Lord Orochimaru. He said to not harm the girl much and that he will be arriving shortly." "Haru! Are you okay?!" I asked the boy in a panicked voice. At the moment my worries did not and at the fact that some random guy was coming here for me but Haru. Why is he here?

"Why did you bring the kid here?"

"Well you see he tried to stop us from harming the other brats so I thought why not kill him first? He would be a good example for the other kids." He smirked while answering Dai.

"No!" I screamed. "Please I will do anything I promise just please let him go!"

"We don't need anything from you anymore kid. We have already given you off to Lord Orochimaru. And as for him, don't kill him here we don't want any blood on the little princess instead go kill him in front of the other kids. That'll teach them a lesson." I was about to scream when Dai smacked my head onto the floor. I feel dizzy.

"It's okay Miyuki-chan." Haru says as I look at him in disbelief. What is wrong with him? Why is he saying that? He is acting like it's all fine. He is acting so calm like he has met his fate. Well I am not buying it- Just as I was about to say something him he put his palm on my mouth. "Don't they'll hurt you. It's okay Miyuki. I love you. I always had and I always will. Just promise me this, promise me that you will be strong. Can you do that?"

He gently removed his palm from my mouth and I feel a tear fall from my left eye. "I -I promise." I feel another tear fall. I am seconds away from sobbing. "Let's go kid." He took Haru's hand and started walking away. Haru gave me a small smile before he was taken away. Feeling of hopelessness stormed into me and just after that I heard my friends scream and I knew Haru was gone.

"Aw young love, gone, gone forever. You look really pitiful right now you know." "Shut up. I said SHUT UP." Before I knew it I had lost it. I somehow get out of Daichi's grip. In that moment I notice the kunai lodged in Daichi's belt. I grab it and stab him in the shoulder. I back away from him and go for the woman. She removes her kunai and just as she was about to stab me I dodge her, I saw it coming somehow and stab her in the heart. She dies almost seconds after that.

I look behind me and saw Daichi slowly getting up. I knew I couldn't fight him so I pull the kunai out of the woman and I run to help the others.
