Chapter 22: Happy Birthday Georgina

Hayes' POV:

"Nash let's go!" I screamed from downstairs as Nash started running down. He was driving Lacey and I to Georgina's birthday, I didn't want to go, but for some reason Lacey just had to go. I found it strange, but I didn't let it bother me.

Nash stopped the car as I opened the door. I went up to the door and knocked. It opened revealing a tiny little 4 year old.

"HAYES!" Lucy said, coming up to me as I picked her up and walked in.

"Honey, Hayes is here!" Lacey's mom shouted as I heard her coming down the stairs. She looked stunning in her pink dress. Staring at her, I put Lucy down as she came down the stairs.

"You look very handsome." She said, with a radiant smile.

"And you look enchanting." I said.

"Bye mom love you!" She said as her mom gave her a kiss on the cheek and we left to the car.

"Hey Lace." Nash said as she got in the car.

"Hi Nash, love your texts by the way. They're great." She said as they both began to laugh, leaving me to wonder what my brother sends to my girlfriend.

"Okay, we're here." Nash said, stopping the car.

"Bye Nash!" Lacey said messing with his hair as he fixed it back up.

"Bye" I said, opening the door.

"Bye Lace, Bye Hayes." He said as we got out of the car and waved.

"Let's go." Lacey said, smiling and holding my hand and walking into the large mansion.

"Why are we here?" I asked as Lacey giggled and pulled me in. We opened the door to see the large house, empty. It was new, considering everytime I come, it's empty.

"Okay, Lacey, Matt is your partner, Hayes, your mine." She said as I furrowed my eyebrows.

"What why?" I asked, confused.

"It's just for right height ranges sweetie." Georgina said with her strangely happy smile. I scoffed and looked at Lacey, who seemed completely fine with it.

"Just play her game. I'll figure something out." She said, smirking. As I shrugged and carried on. The plan was for everyone to come down and make an entrance all fancy-like. I wasn't really into the idea, but for Lacey, I'd do anything. 

"Okay, Hayes, you and I will be coming down before Lacey." She said, smirking.

Lacey's POV:

"Okay, Hayes, you and I will be coming down before Lacey." She said, a smirk plastered across her face. She wanted me to see her walk down with my boyfriend, but I had a plan.

"Hello? Miss Georgina? Everyone on the guest list has arrived." A large man in all black clothing said, as he walked back outside.

"Thanks Sean." She said in her oh so annoying voice.

"Ok, time for the entrance, it's Amber and Tyler, then Whitney and Nolan, Me and Hayes, and then you." She said as Amber and Tyler began to walk down the stairs. Everyone gazed in awe as they said their oohs and ahhs. After Whitney and Nolan had finally gotten to the last step, Georgina and Hayes began going down. I giggled as I accidently "dropped" marbles on the ground, hoping that Hayes wouldn't slip on them. I watched and "gasped" as Georgina slipped and fell down the stairs, probably flashing her underwear to everyone. I carefully walked down as she began to cry. Everyone was laughing at her, including Hayes and I.

"OH NO GEORGINA ARE YOU OKAY?" I said, hiding my laughter. I helped her up and dusted off her dress.

"This party is ruined!" She said as I looked away, smiling for a quick second.

"No it isn't, just make a comeback, it'll be better than ever, we can go dance or something." I said, smirking. Georgina had the sluttiest dance moves. 

"Sounds good." She said, immediately coming back from her agony. 

"Let's go." I said, as we walked down the hall. I caught a glimpse of Whitney making out with a random guy. We walked down the stairs where we greeted everyone, somehow they had forgotten about Georgina's incident, well except for a few others who began to holler when we came down. We got in the center of the large room everyone was dancing in and she began to grind on guys around her. I laughed as Hayes came up to me.

"Hey." He said, handing me a cup of punch.

"Hi." I said, taking a sip, then putting my cup on a nearby table. A slow song came on, and Hayes grabbed my waist, and I laid my hands on his broad shoulders. We began to sway to the beat of the music.

The song ended and we partied for the rest of the night. The cake, might I say was the best part of the evening.

"CAKE TIME!" Amber shouted as everyone gathered around the four tiered cake. It had a white base with gold patterns along the tiers. There was a golden tiara on top too. It had the number 16 on it and "Georgina" on it. We sang happy birthday and waited for Georgina to make her wish. Right when she blew out her candles, exploded in her face, getting all over her dress. I smirked as she gasped at the mess.
