Chapter 8: More Than a Trip to Olive Garden

Addison's POV:
It's the day. The day that we were auditioning for Juiliard's Summer camp. Nash, Hayes, and Matt were coming to the auditions to cheer us on.
I arrived earlier than everyone else so I just stretched and waited till they came. Minutes later, Hayes, Nash, Matt, Lacey, and Lacey's mom arrived.
"Addy!" Lacey said, running over to me in her pink leo and tutu, carrying her dance bag. Lacey, Gabbi, and I all have matching dance bags. It's pretty much just a duffle with a chevron pattern on it. The difference is, is that mine is mint colored, Lacey's is like bubblegum pink, and Gabbi's is a really pretty light bluish color. We hugged and as we were hugging Gabbi came in. She ran up, dropped her bag and joined the hug.
We were also wearing matching leo's. We were cute okay.
After taking like 10 minutes to stretch, we practiced our turns. The judge/ choreography people weren't there yet, so we decided to go over to the boys, and our bags. Mainly our bags, we were thirsty.
"Hey babe" Nash said as I grabbed my water bottle and gave him a hug.
Our noses touched. I looked into those blue eyes after finishing my water. They say the eyes are the window to the soul. If that's true, then this is a soul I'd like to keep. He stared into my ugly brown eyes as our faces got closer to each other. My heart was beating, pounding even. Every beat, was like a drum, and Nash was the drummer. He controlled how I felt only because I liked him so much. I wondered if this is what love felt like. It couldn't be, I met him only a couple of weeks ago. Have I literally fallen in love with Nash Grier. Upcoming superstar, Mr "More famous then Justin Bieber?" I don't know, all I know is that we kissed. Our first kiss. It was sweet. It had sparks. I think I like this "love" unless this isn't what I think it is. I don't know. We both smiled as our lips parted. I looked over to see the others hugging each other.
"Wish me luck" I said walking away from him. The boy I 'probably' loved.
"Everyone take a number!" The lady said giving us pieces of paper with a number from 1 to 72. There were 72 girls here? Seriously? It was time to get nervous.
We started off easy, at the bar. We then put the bars away and learned a choreographed ballet routine, with an extra 16 counts to improv with whatever we wanted. We learned the routine and then performed it in groups of 8 according to our numbers. Luckily for me, I could watch the other two because we were all in seperate groups. They called groups, largest to smallest numbers. I have no idea why though.
For the extra counts I did everything that I've improved over the week technically. After finishing I watched with Lacey as Gabbi danced the routine and did her extra counts. Finally, in the last round of people was Lacey. For her counts, she did her pirouettes. She's amazing. I can't believe she thinks she's bad. She's probably the best, even though she's the youngest.
After auditions, we had to wait till they chose 10 out of 72 people for callbacks. They would then pick 5 girls from that group to get the free camp at Juiliard. We went over to talk to the boys and get some encouraging words from the parentals.
"Everyone come to the stage we are announcing callbacks" The lady said with her little list of people. I don't know how I felt. Scared, excited, maybe a little nervous.I was number 70, Gabbi was number 49, and Lacey was number 7. We stood next to each other practically shaking of joy and nervousness. She started to call the numbers of the girls who got called back.
