Chapter 1: Babysitting Skylynn and Lucy
(Around End of July)
Lacey's POV:
*Buzz *Buzz
I picked up my phone. I got a text from Gabbi.
Gabbi Bear 🐻🎀: Hey Lace. Babysitting tonight it's outside my neighborhood AND ITS AT THE GRIER HOUSE!
Me: Srsly? How'd u do that?!??
Gabbi Bear 🐻🎀: Mrs. Jackson next door told the couple about me. Its by ur house, wanna come?? Its from 5:30 - 9:30
Gabbi Bear 🐻🎀: Ill text Addison.
Me: yea sureee I'd love to, how many kids?!?
Gabbi Bear 🐻🎀: 1, Skylynn, she's Lucy's age and likes horses. Her mom said that her brothers were going to come home around 7 if we needed help anything.
Me: I'll bring Lucy, it's nice for her to have friends.
Gabbi Bear 🐻🎀: Addy's coming! So we're set for tomorrow?
Me: yeh, I sorry gtg😥
Gabbi Bear 🐻🎀: K bye💋
I checked twitter and waited for my mom to call lunch. After we ate, she told us that they were going on a two week work trip next week.
My brother was coming back from his apartment to watch us. My brother lived in an apartment in Gainesville, since he went to college and played football at UF. The family was excited since he only visited during the holidays.
My mom is a pretty good cook. Today she made tacos my favorite, which is probably why I looove Taco Bell. Taco Bell is life.
After eating and chatting with the fam, I went back upstairs to watch tv. By the time it was 2 in the morning, I fell asleep since we didn't have dance tomorrow because my coaches said I could have a day off. Babysitting was at 5:30 but we were to arrive at 5:15.
I woke up around 1:00 and and walked to the bathroom and picked out my clothes. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, I take morning showers because there's no cheer. I picked out a black floral bustier top and a light pink high-waisted skirt. I also picked out my golden triangle earrings, my pearl colored flats with the bow, my black floral bow, and my black leather purse with the gold chain. (Image on side)
After showering and changing, I plugged in my pink hair dryer and started to dry my hair. After, I braided it into a waterfall braid (Also on image). I then placed the bow in the back section of my hair and sat on my bed to check twitter. I checked the time and it was already 2:30. I made my way to the kitchen downstairs and got out bread, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and turkey, which later became a turkey sandwich. I ate the sand wich and then sat on the couch.

"I'LL GET IT!" I yelled and opened the door.
"Heyyy!" Both of my best friends shouted in sync.
"Hey! Let me go get Lucy"
"ITS ADDY AND GABBI, IM LEAVING NOW BYE" I shouted and we left giggling.
