A bell sounded in his head. After a while, Shen realized that the bell was not ringing in his head. The bell was behind him. A tall tower with a bell tower at the top towered right behind him.

Nearby, Muan looked around in shock.

"It..."

"Pad Sallan," Shen finished.

The Lord of the Peak of Glory immediately drew his sword.

"Cursed place," he muttered.

Except for the pronounced bell tower directly in front of them, the rest of the space was blurred and drowned in muted colors. Shen saw the white hare slide into the bell tower.

"I think we need to follow him."

"You know, I don't like all this," Muan shared.

"The pies remained in the clearing," Shen realized, completely not listening to what he was saying.

He approached the stone wall of the bell tower, and Muan had no choice but to follow him. Shen touched the masonry with his palms.

"There is no door. But the hare has just gone somewhere. Exactly! "Hares are not what they seem!" Maybe it was a ghostly hare."

Muan stared at him in silence.

"What are you worth? Look for the entrance!"

They walked around the tower several times in search of a door or a secret door, but found nothing.

Muan struck the masonry with his sword, and immediately cut a large hole inside. Shen jumped to the side, fleeing the falling stones, and Muan jumped up and landed on the fallen stones like the king of the mountain.

After giving him two restrained claps, Shen entered the bell tower and found himself in front of the huge tree-throne of the faerie queen (because in Pad Sallan, space and time obey their own laws). Looking around warily, the owner of the Cursed Peak realized that they were still in Pad, and not in the land of the faeries. But on the throne was a magnificent queen. Or, at any rate, someone who looks like her like two drops of water.

"Dark," she said without surprise.

"Am I on time this time?" Shen chuckled, although he really wanted to say, «What the devil do you call me that all the time?»

"Yes, this time I was expecting you. If you fulfill my request, I will give you what you desire."

"What do you want from a humble cultivator?"

The fairy queen broke into a wide smile.

"There is a pomegranate mountain covered with beautiful gems in the faerie world. I have a great desire to possess these stones, but spirit-robber Seemei is guarding this mountain. This evil mountain spirit does not allow me to approach the precious mountain, all my fairies who were sent for the stones contracted terrible diseases and soon died. Only you, dark, will be able to cope with it."

"Should I be doing this because of your greed?" Shen frowned.

"No, you will do it for your own benefit. And what benefit to me from that is my business."

"Well, good. If you tell me where to look for a ring that will take my sadness, I will bring you your precious stones."

On that they agreed. The faerie queene blew, and the cultivators were transported in the blink of an eye directly under the pomegranate mountain.

"I'm starting to dislike this even more," said Muan.

Meanwhile, Shen noticed that a salad was growing under their feet.
