ezekiel: john lennon - tony or tony

reason: the whole dreamy/relaxed vibe of this song fits ezekiel a lot. the absurdities of some of the lyrics as well sort of give into his energy. though some of the lyrics that really stuck out to me is the chorus, which basically describes how he gives into the people and motivations around him. he bends around what other people want cause all he wants to do is fit in.

eva: literally any angry feminist song.

reason: she beat up incels dude. and shes angry. theres generally a lot of songs that can fit her but i coukdnt find any of them with strict lyrics that describe her exactly, that wasnt entirely political. if i had to choose, i wish i was a riot grrrl by destructo disk. encapsulates her anger and feminist energy, but it's very political so i was hesitant abt saying it lmao.

this one came so fucking easy. first, the chorus encapsulates his cocky egotistical nature, and how be believes hes better and more entitled than others. secondly, description of intelligence in the beginning. third, in one of the verses? idk what it's called. but the artist talks about being antisocial and not really liking the crowd very much. just overall, every single line fits perfectly.

this is basically the storytelling of justins plotline. he came from basically nothing, 'took em by suprise', to the main villian in action. the artist talks cockily and like hes better than everyone. he glorifies himself and talks about how 'they looked into my eyes, i became invincible,' describing his gain of power by appearance. not to mention the singer sounds like justin at some points!

lesbians in love. also they glorify eachother so much and want to be just like eachother so it sort of fit.

this was very difficult. i ended up settling on this song because of lyrics, thus ending up with something that sounded pretty bad imo. but the lyrics tells a story of someone persevering and working hard and not accepting defeat, like tyler.

very easy choice. cody is an immature kid who tries acting tougher than he is to appeal to the crowd.

reason: this might be a bit of a stretch and more applying to my perception of her, rather than the canon beth. but the artist talks about being lesser than the people around her, similar to beth in the beginning, and this song just overall fills her insecure aura. i wish i could've found a song that couldve fit her revenge plot more, but the only songs that did so were 2016 musically songs. so, yeah.

reason: literally just listen. it has the beginning where she attempted staying away from others influence, ie: duncan, but eventually giving in and becoming an 'animal.' perfectly portrays her downfall into a chaotic, villainous, character.

reason: this song is basically about being different fro, the crowd and expressing yourself. harold doesnt worry about fitting in, hes his own person and is perfectly fine about it. hence, this song.

reason: this whole song is about someone feeling different or sort of an outcast, and longing about someone who left. and, guess what, that fits trent! he masked a lot of himself, and when he became close to gwen, felt validated enough to let the more vulnerable side show. but, unfortunately that made her leave. 'i cant stand the thought of you seeing me for who i truly am.' THAT IS TRENT BAYBEE.
