"Love are you filming me again?"

You smile over at Klaus who was painting something.

"Maybe."

He glances at you for a moment before turning back to his painting.

"And why would you be doing that?"

"Because in 5 years or 10 or maybe in a century we will look back at these videos and laugh."

He chuckles at you and nods his head slowly.

"Plus we can show it to Hope when she gets older. What are you painting?"

"You."

You put the camera down, thinking you turned it off. However it was still rolling and had a perfect shot of Klaus who you were now walking towards.

"And why would you be doing that?"

You say using his earlier words against him. He smiles at you while putting down his paintbrush and wiping his hands clean.

"Because your my muse."

You laugh as he grabs your waist to pull you close to him. You hands end up on his chest and he leans down to kiss you softly yet passionately.

"Nik, put the camera down. I miss Y/N too, but you can't keep watching those videos."

Rebekah looked over at Klaus who still hadn't moved from his position. She glanced back at Elijah and Hayley who just shrugged and then to Kol and Freya who couldn't meet her gaze.

"Niklaus, Rebekah's right. Watching those videos are only gonna make things harder."

Instead of replying, he just hit play on the next video.

"Smile for the camera babe."

You picked up your camera and started to film Klaus who was sitting on the floor with Hope. Klaus only smirked at you, but you figured you'd take what you could get. The two of you, Hayley as well, had just reunited with Hope for the first time since her birth.

"I still don't understand why you do this."

"Because Hope is already gonna have to learn 1,000 years of family drama, so why not document some of it. Plus, she can see the good times that always come with the bad."

He raises his eyebrows in your directions, trying to hide the smile coming onto his face.

"A little cheesy don't you think?"

You move so now the three of you are in the frame.

"Future Hope, tell your dad to stop being such a debbie downer."

Behind you, baby Hope starts laughing and crawling towards you.

"Nevermind, current Hope even agrees."

Klaus shakes his head as Hope crawls onto your lap. He grabs the camera from your hand and has it so you can only see him.
