Naia really likes this movie I guess. I hadn't seen it before, and neither had Cameron, obviously, so this would be interesting.

"Here we go."

"What's happening?"

"Why are they in a field?"

"Wait what happened?"

"Guys, quiet. It'll all make sense."

We continued watching the movie. Halfway through, Cameron pointed out what I'd been thinking the whole time.

"You know, I think she's just really desperate for a boyfriend. Why would she be like that?"

"That's part of her character, I don't know."

Then there was the hot tub scene.

"Ew. This is weird."

"Yeah."

"This is totally a girl movie."

"What about this makes it a girl movie?"

"I don't know. Boys don't watch movies like this."

"Yeah, they watch movies about superheroes."

"Not necessarily."

"Exactly. I don't watch movies like this, and you don't watch movies like superheroes. See my point?"

"Yeah."

"You two, please stop. I'm trying to watch."

In all the movie wasn't that bad, it was actually pretty enjoyable.

"You wanna watch the second one?"

"There's another?"

"Yeah, there are three books in all. They're based on books. And they're all super good. The movies and the books."

"Why don't we watch that another night?"

"Alright."

"Can we take a break from movies?"

Connor asked, rubbing his eyes.

"Sure, why?"

"I'm tired."

"You wanna go to bed?"

"No, just take a break from movies."

"Alright. Let's just talk."

We talked for quite a few hours.

"I'm so tired."

"What time is it?"

"It is three in the morning."

"Really?"

"Wow, we've been up a long time."

"So whaddya' want to do?"

Naia had fallen asleep, leaving me and Cameron sitting around.

"I'm so tired. But I can't sleep."

"You worried for tomorrow?"

"Yeah, a little. What if I don't get off?"

"You will, I know."

"Really?"

"Yeah, the world isn't dumb enough to think you really would do something like that."

"Thanks."

"You're welcome."

After that, we just sat around for a while. Thinking about the day. Thinking about the future. Eventually we both fell asleep.
