Marjorie Blossom POV

I remembered it gives a sensation how it happened last week, it was like an unpleasant memory and the same time, wonderful.

Or the problem is that I have nothing to be happy about now, I am not in a consulting room with Nina next to me ensuring my life.

Or nervousness of her was apparent to every squeeze that gave, leaving two fingers white.

Breathe founded when the doctor approached with an animated smile not face, as it was not seen women equal or superior to us, deited in the same bed.

"Why are you so happy? So you are here, your Asian cow", my inner voice echoes in my head and breathes, I found some times to not ask nanica in white coats or what is so funny.

I am delicately embroidered by a light green line and smiles;  "Sakura Sushimitzu".

"Good morning, Mrs. lknovisk."

"Good morning to you, I prefer Blossom. I am a widowed woman."

The Japanese woman  looked with a little bit of fear and I observed and watched Nina's hand entwined in with mine, smiling and turning to the machine.

"If this imbecile is accusing me of divorcing myself with Nina, I won't hesitate to give her a slap."
I took a deep breath and closed my eyes  for a few moments before reopening, facing the light of the consulting room.

Nina gnawed her nails fiercely and even tore off blood from her index finger, raising it to her mouth to stop the bleeding.

"Very well, ma'am .. Blossom.  Tell me what you've been feeling."

"I woke up with a dizziness, I thought it was because I got out of bed too fast, you know? Which is very normal."

The doctor started writing on a pad and I noticed that she was left-handed.

"Then I went down to have coffee, but I put everything out as soon as I left the table. Some people from the building..."

I exchanged glances with Nina and she made a sign that I could continue.

"...Well, they were also sick in the last few days, almost with the same symptoms, it varies to little."

"But it only happened once?"

"It's been constant for the past week. Yesterday, for example, I got to the point of coughing up blood."

"Blood?!"

Sakura looked away from the notebook in surprise and scratched her pointed chin.

"This is very strange, it could be the beginning of tuberculosis. Luckily for you, we are not in the nineteenth century and you are not going to die for it. Let's do a blood test right now to find out about it.  If that's what we're thinking, we can start treatment now."

The doctor got up from the chair and left the room, leaving Nina and me alone.

She looked back at the painting with the landscape and I found myself watching the thin features of that skinny woman.

There was some beauty there, it was clear, but the harshness of Nina's attitudes towards some things spoiled her a little.

I was scared when she, when she saw me putting blood out, didn't think twice before coming to the hospital with me.

It was also Nina who promised not to say anything to my family until I knew what was really going on.

I owed him many things, my debt only increased.  The clock on the wall said ten to four in the morning.
