Cheryl Blossom Point Of View

The Blossom Enterprise headquarters was crazy in the early hours of the day.

Apparently, a group of families who lived in a luxury condominium decided to simply move out and there is not a single space in the main lobby that does not have a strong perfume smell mixed with a cigar odor.

Nothing took my patience more than turkeys screaming in their husbands' ears for them to choose the best house ... and if two couples liked the same residence, an auction was set up.

I let Yan take care of the real estate pandemonium and got on the elevator bound for my office, I needed a strong drink before starting my meeting with Veronica and Toni.

"Good morning, Mrs. Blossom, your partner is already waiting in your office."

Charlotte offered me a white toothy smile and I closed my eyes at her.

"I ... is ... something wrong?"

"I don't think I need to repeat that it was pure luck that you remained my private secretary, right?"

"Yes ma'am."

"I'm sorry, did you happen to lose a neuron?"

"I don't understand, lady."

"With what right do you let a person be alone in my office?! Wasn't you trained?! Isn't there a hint of common sense inside that empty head?!"

My voice rose slightly and Charlotte curled up in her chair with eyes full of water.

"Go make me a coffee, please ... and knock before entering."

"Yes .. Mrs. Blossom."

I really wasn't in a good mood, even with the night of sex I had with Toni.

The idea that she was having fun at my expense started to circle my head as I drove to Blossom Enterprise.

Maybe it was, maybe not, but I was willing to elicit an answer from her today. Right now.

It was risky to put her on the wall like that, and the possibility of receiving an unpleasant response exceeded my hopes, but here I was, just a few steps away from her.

Toni didn't notice when I entered my office, she was admiring the Los Angeles landscape through the panoramic window with her hands in the pockets of a black dress.

Malicious thoughts flashed through my head as my eyes followed her bare legs.

I tossed my bag on the table with some force and she turned, looking at me with some curiosity, probably looking for Veronica.

"Good morning, Topaz."

"Where's Veronica?"

"What a funny way to wish someone good morning."

I moved away from her to pour myself a whiskey and she came walking towards me.

"I made an appointment with you earlier, we have personal matters to resolve."

"We have no personal matters, Cheryl."

"Of course, the fact that we have been having sex for more than three weeks and the dinners are totally professional. I thought you were a music teacher, not a whore."

"What?! What did you call me?"

"You're putting yourself like a whore in front of our situation, aren't you? If having sex and having dinner with me is not personal, just professional."
