Cheryl Blossom POV

Two months have passed since Theo started attending Château Topaz to learn to play the drums.

I confess that at first I was not sure if it was an acceptable decision, after all, I wanted to buy the place.

I wish I didn't, I still do.

Blossom Enterprise's shares have grown absurdly since I moved to Los Angeles, the housing market was in full swing.

I looked at my office clock and saw that it was time to pick up Theo at the Château.  -

Joana, I'm leaving.  Any property that appears by Wednesday, go to Yan.  -

Yes, Mrs. Blossom.  I said goodbye to the secretary and got into the elevator, tapping my legs as he walked down the floor.

Since Theo gained practice, hearing the drums' noise has become normal.

I immediately tried to provide a soundproofed room, so he could kill himself with so much touching and I was quiet in silence.

The steel doors opened on the ground floor and I greeted some people who were strolling through the company hall.

I got in the car and drove calmly to the château, dying to get there in time to see Theo playing something without being ashamed of me.

I parked in front of the château twenty minutes after leaving Blossom Enterprise, there weren't many cars on the street, which indicated that the place might be empty.

I crossed the yard and went through the door, listening to laughter from the hall where the recitals and collages took place.

I pulled the black curtain aside a little and sat on the highest chair, watching everything from the dark.

Theo was on the drums while Toni and Veronica were talking to a tall, dark man.

There were about twenty or thirty students sitting and standing, waiting for something.

I broke into an involuntary smile when I saw the little boy juggling his drumsticks, but his amusement was interrupted by the man, who approached him with a huge smile.  -

Very well, Theo.  -

The brunette's deep voice expanded in the hall and I narrowed my eyes to see his face better.  Beautiful.  -

I taught you that song on the first day you arrived at the château, you got it really fast.  Now, I want you to touch it completely.  I'll put the audio of the instrumental rest and voice, we just take the drums.  This is a kind of proof.  -

I understand, professor.  -

Great.  Prepared?  -

Will all these people see me take the test?  -

I want you to make everyone dance.  Closed?

Theo smiled widely and nodded.  Toni and Veronica were already on their feet, crossed their arms and watched my son adjust to the drums.  -

Here we go!

[PLAY - Los Lobos - La Bamba]

The introduction of the guitar made me chuckle, but when I heard Theo's first beats, my eyes widened.

He had complete control of the drumsticks, he was playing wonderfully well and I wanted to go down and join the others to dance.

Many girls were in pairs, moving their bodies close to Theo, smiling at him.
