Tamaki's pov

I blinked, head spinning as I tried to figure out where I was. I felt hands on my legs and immidiatly began moving to try and break free. Whoever was holding me quickly moved their grip so that I couldn't escape. I shake my head, my ears clearing. Footsteps are echoing through a large space.
"Tamaki, how are you feeling?" I recognise Hitoshi's voice.
"Hitoshi? What's going on?" I ask, gripping onto the person holding me. I can pick up on the faint smell of what I think is candles.
"We got trapped in some tunnel. We're working on getting out right now" he explains. I lean my head on their shoulder, a feeling of exhaustion washing over me. Their shoulder was very warm.
"Are you alright?" someone asks me in a hushed voice. I blink a couple times.
"Candy cane?" I mumble, not lifting my head. There's a pause.
"Yeah" he finally speaks, the arms on my legs shifting. I yelp in pain when my lower leg is grabbed.
"Sorry" he apologises, loosening his grip. So he was the one holding me. Explains the candle smell. I lean my head into his neck, the heat coming from him making me drowsy. He's quiet again but I can hear his breathing.
"If you're tired then you can put me down and I can walk instead" I offer. He stops walking and I assume he's going to put me down so I prepare for that but instead he starts walking again.
"You're hurt. I can't let you walk on your own" he objects, shifting his arms so that I was being held higher up.
"I'm fine. I swear" I insist.
"I saw you with that rod next to your leg. Its my shirt you have covering it. I know how it looks. You can't walk on that"
"Since when have you been able to tell. You don't strike me as the type" I mumble, still feeling fuzzy in the head. He doesn't respond. I open my mouth to ask again when we stop.
"What's going on?" I ask.
"A fork" Hitoshi informs. His voice was further ahead from where Todoroki and I were.
"I will check down this way" Iida speaks up before a strong wind hits my face. The wind hits me again a minute later.
"That way is just a dead end. Its a huge bolted wall. I would advise we go this way incase there is something behind that wall that we do not want to meet" he explains and I can imagine he's doing that hand motion he does in class. I lift my head slightly when I hear a clicking sound. I reach up to my ears and rub them. The clicking continues.
"I think my ears are busted" I grumble, leaning my head on Todoroki's shoulder.
"What makes you think that?" Midoriya asks.
"I keep hearing a clicking sound" I reply, reaching up and rubbing my ears again. Everyone stops talking and everything is silent except for the clicking which I swear was getting louder.
"You guys hear that right?" Hitoshi asks. Todoroki stumbles back, mumbling something about light in his eyes.
"What is it?" Uraraka's voice goes slightly higher when she asks. Hitoshi is mumbling something when he just stops. Followed by a footstep back which ends in a crunch.
"What was that?" My question is only answer by several different screams followed by fast footsteps. So we're running now.
"Why are we running?" I hear someone wheeze out bones but I can't pinpoint who because of all the seperate noises going on. The clicking was quiet again to the point that I had t strain to hear it.
"The clicking's gone" I inform them. The footsteps slowed.
"Alright. We should be fine for now. If the clicking's gone then we probably ouran them" Hitoshi explains.
"Outran what? No one's telling me what happened?"
"You aren't scared of spiders right?"
"No. Why?"
"Because there are spiders the size of a labrador down here. They were on the ceiling which was why we never saw them"
"Alright now I understand why we had to run" I sigh.
"Couldn't you see them?" Midoriya asks.
"No. It's dark" I grumble. I hear shuffling before Todoroki makes a noise of complaint.
"Stop shining that torch in my eyes" he complains, one hand letting go of me.
"Aizawa? Why aren't you reacting?" Midoriya asks.
"Reacting to what?" I had no idea what he was referring to.
"The light. It's right in your face" I don't move.
"Oh" not like I had much else to say.
"Never mind that. We need to keep going unless we want those things to catch up with us" Hitoshi cuts in. I let out a breath.
'Thank you Hitoshi' I thought, leaning my head on Todoroki's shoulder.
