"So I have an idea." My mom tells me as we're out to eat. "Yeah? What is it?" I ask."Since it's kind of hard for you to get a major job right now, why don't you start with babysitting?" She asks and I immediately make a gross face. "Mom, babysitting is for like 13 year olds." I say. "Actually a lot of people become babysitters and stick with it. You could become a nanny for some really rich kids and get payed goodddd." My mom says.

"Well I don't wanna do that, but I'd do it temporarily. Who would I even babysit?" I ask and take a bite of my salad. "Well since we were talking about our neighbors the other day, I decided to go over there and talk to them." She says.

"So what'd you guys talk about?" I ask. "We just caught up, and I finally remembered her name. It's Leah." She says. "I feel like I remember that too." I nod. "But she said it's really hard for Sofia to go back and forth between her parents when they both work so much, so that's when I got the idea that you could babysit." She says.

"So I'd babysit the next door neighbor?" I ask and she nods. "She isn't even a baby though-." I say. "She's 8. That's not old enough to stay home alone." She says. "I mean I guess it would be easier to take care of a kid that's a little more mature." I say.

"I'm sure it would, plus she's so sweet." She says. "Well I'll think about it." I say. "You haven't told Leah that I'm gonna do it have you? Cuz I don't want her to get her hopes up." I put my hands up. "I suggested it, but I didn't say that you definitely would." She says.

"Mk. Well maybe I'll go and talk to her sometime." I say and put down my fork. "That should be good. You can tomorrow." She says. "Tomorrow?" I raise one brow. "Sure. Why not??" She asks. "Mmmm, ok." I sigh.

"We live in a nice neighborhood Jennifer, and I know Leah has a good job, it'll be nice for you to get some money." She says. I just look at her then look away without saying anything. She has a good point.

I ring the doorbell of the house next door and wait until I hear heels hitting the floor inside the house. "Babe, you know what I said about that, put it down." I hear a nice voice say before the door unlocks.

The door opens and a lady with long dark brown hair turns to look at me. She smiles with her white teeth, making her cat eyes squint. My mouth opens slightly, not expecting this to open the door...

I know this sounds bad, but she looks nothing like your basic mom. I know moms can be pretty and attractive, but there's a difference between a pretty mom, and a total milf. And this lady is definitely a milf-. If you don't know what that means, well, it is a hot mom, but it stands for 'mom i'd like to fuck'.

"Hi." She says waiting for me to say something. "Hi, I-I'm from next door." I say with a subtle smile. "Oh! You must be Jennifer? I talked to your mom yesterday." She says. "Yeah, that's me." I nod.

Things get a little quiet and I take that opportunity to observe her. I notice how nicely dressed she is, and not just boring adult clothes, she actually has style. "Well- come in, please!" She says politely.

I nod and she moves out of the way so I can walk in. "Oh wow, your house is so pretty." I say and look around. "Thankyou baby. I try and keep it nice, but it's hard with an 8 year old." She says and I smile.

"Sofia, right?" I ask. "Right. She just went upstairs." She says. "Here, we can go in the kitchen, do you want some water?" She asks and leads the way. "Sure." I say.

I sit at the stools of her kitchen and she hands me a glass of water. "It's crazy we've lived beside eachother for so long and we've never had a conversation." She giggles and so do I. "Yeahhh, that's probably on me. I was really busy with high school, then I lived on my college campus for a year." I say.

"So you're not living there this year?" She asks and leans on the counter, towards me. "No, I was late to housing sooo I'm stuck at home." I press my lips. "Oh. I guess we both get how that is." She says and I nod. "It's okay, just boring." I shrug. "Well I'm glad you decided to come over. It's really nice to meet you." She says.

"You too." I smile. "I actually came over because I know my mom said something to you about babysitting.." I bring up. "Yeah, how would you feel about that? It would help out a lot." She says. "I'm considering it." I nod. "Would you be okay with it?" I ask her. "Of course, you seem like a nice girl and I think it would be good for Sofia." She says and I nod.

"Well when do you work?" I ask. "Right now I work every Tuesday and Thursday, but I'm about to start going everyday of the week soon, other than the weekends." She says. "Wow.." I say since that's a lot. "Exactly. That's why a babysitter would be great." She smirks.

"Would you be up to it?" She asks. "I think so. It can't be that hard." I smile and so does she. "Mom-." A little girls voice says and we both turn to the doorway of the kitchen.

Sofia is standing there with her face covered in dust or something, but it's bad. "That vacuum exploded in my face again..." She says and wipes her cheek. My mouth opens a little and Leah quickly walks over to her. "I told you not to mess with the vacuum-." She says sounding stressed. "I'll be right back Jennifer. Make yourself at home." She says and takes Sofia upstairs. I giggle a to myself since it is a little funny.

Ok so- maybe it can be a little hard. But I'm sure I can manage. Eventually Leah comes back downstairs with Sofia, cleaned up. "Sofia, this is Jennifer, our neighbor, say Hi." Leah says to Sofia. "Hi. You're pretty." She says innocently and Leah giggles. "Awe thankyou. I can say the same about you. Did your mom do your hair??" I ask since it's in pretty braids.

"Yeah! She does it all the time." She smiles big. "Well it looks really good!" I tell her and she smiles. Suddenly Leah's phone starts to ring. She picks it up and realizes it's from work. "I have to take this, I'll be right back." She says and walks into the other room.

I nod and Sofia walks over to me. "Where'd you get this from?" She asks and plays with my bracelet. "Mmm, I think I got it for Christmas." I tell her. "I like it." She tilts her head and admires it. "Thanks." I giggle.

"So why are you here?" She asks politely. "Um, there's a chance I might be around a little more to babysit you." I tell her. "I don't need a babysitter." She furrows her brows. "I believe you. But your mom needs someone to help watch you, and that's okay." I tell her and shrug.

"Well I guess it's okay if its you." She says and I smile. "You're sweet." I tilt my head. Leah comes back in the room and her scent hits me for like the 6th time. But I'm not complaining because she literally smells like heaven-.

"Everything okay?" I ask since she looks a little stressed. "Yeah, just work things." She shrugs and I nod. "Well I guess I should get going." I say and stand up. "Lemme walk you out." She says and we both walk to the front door.

"Thankyou for coming by. It's nice finally talking to you." She says and touches my shoulder. "Of course." I say. "So do you think you could help me out with Sofia? It doesn't have to be a permanent or constant thing, just if you could do me some favors here and there." She says.

"Sofia seems really sweet. I'd love to babysit whenever you need it. It's really no problem since I mainly do my schoolwork at home." I say. "That's great! I really appreciate it. Is 30 dollars an hour okay?" She asks and my jaw drops.

"Um, that is more than okay. You really don't have to-." She cuts me off. "No I insist. I know the struggle of being a college student, it's the least I could do." She says and eyes me down.

I press my lips and sigh. "Are you sure?" I ask. "Of course. It's really no problem." She assures me. "Well I really appreciate that, Ms.?" I say since I don't know her last name.

"Remini. But you can just call me Leah." She says and I nod. "Ok, well is it okay if I get your number so you can let me know when you need me to come over?" I ask. "Sure." She says and I hand her my phone.

She puts in her number and hands it back to me. "Ok, well I'll see you around." I smile once she opens the door. "See you. Bye Jennifer." She says sweetly. "Bye." I smile and walk out.
