Time passed. No signs. No progress. And most importantly no Lucas.
Topenga's POV
Me and Corey stayed with Riley constantly. We wanted to know exactly what was going on. We had left Auggie with Ava and her parents. But there was more important things on my mind. Lucas. He saw Riley once within four days. I don't know what he was thinking. He hadn't said anything to me or Corey.
Even more time passed. Weeks.
Corey's POV
My daughter was still in a coma. She's made the slightest bit of progress the doctor said but I haven't seen any myself.
It was at about 7 at night, me and Topenga were sat in the room with Riley, staring up at the tiles on the ceiling. Everything was quiet and had been for several weeks.
