The Biggest Surprise

*Rocky's POV*

"Girls? Do you think this is too much?" I asked Ate and Aubrey about my look.

Natapos na sila ayusan ako and nakapag ayos narin sila. But feeling ko ako yung mag sstand out pag nagtabi-tabi kaming tatlo.

It's just that, they are wearing pale pink dresses that is almost complimentary (well sabi nila nagkataon lang) and as for me, suot ko parin ang white and gold dress na surprise daw sakin ni Grey.

"Anong too much sinasabi mo? Okay na okay yan mamaya sa dinner wag ka na choosy dyan" Aubrey teased while fixing her hair.

"Relax Rocky. Di ka naman namin aayusan ng hindi okay itsura mo eh. Ang ganda ganda mo kaya! Bagay na bagay suot mo sayo" I shyly smiled at Ate.

I checked myself again infront of the full-body mirror. The dress is in above the knee lenght. It is a spaghetti dress that is fitted on my torso but not from my waist down. The soft fabric makes my little move more graceful by going with the wind.
And together with the dress, I paired it up with a white and gold stilleto na galing naman kay Ate Arabella.

I look demure. And elegant.

Pagkatapos mag ayos ni Aubrey at Ate, lumabas na kami ng kwarto.

"Ay una na pala kayo dun. Nagtext sakin si Jack labas lang kami saglit" Nagmamadaling sabi ni Aubrey.

"Huh? Uy teka! San ba kayo pupunta?!" I called out to her pero patakbo na sya lumayo samin ni Ate.

"Ano problema nun?"

"Halika na baka mag gagawa lang ng bata yun. Mauna na tayo dun" Ate joked.

I gulped. Jeez ayoko maimagine ang kambal ko na gumagawa ng bata. Gosh so awkward.

I shook off the thought and walk along with ate.

Along the way napapansin ko na madami ang naka pale pink dresses. Nagtataka naman ako kasi di ko naman yan napansin kanina.

Did they change their attire too?

I just shrugged and continued walking. When we reached the ballroom door, tumigil sa paglalakad si Ate at humarap sakin.

"Rocky una ka na pumasok ha? Naiwan ko pala purse ko sa kwarto eh"

"Samahan na kita ate"

"No I'm good. Sige na, sunod nalang ako saglit lang ako"

"Uhm, okay.."

I was left standing and ready to open the door of the ballroom where the party is taking place.

Dahan dahan kong binuksan ito

And napatigil ako.

Bakit tahimik? Walang tao? I stepped back and checked where I came in.

Baka naman nagkakamali ako ng room na pinasukan?

But when I checked it, tama naman ah.

I looked back and saw nobody around me.
San naman kaya napunta yung mga guests na naglalakad dito kanina?
May fire drill ba? Gosh bihis na bihis at ayos na ayos itsura ko tapos wala na pala party. I mentally laughed.

Well what should I do now?

I sighed and opened the door again and decided to come in and take a further look inside.

Everything is still there. The tables, the buffet, evrything except there are also  flowers on the ceiling, and... on the floor?

The lights are dim and I squinted my eyes to see the middle part of the ballroom with a heart shaped flowers on the floor.
