"my meetings for today?"

I asked my secretary as we walk towards my office. It's my second week working at my dad's company.

As I said, my dad never forced me to run this company in the future but for me, nagugustuhan ko na dito. I'm good at my job and dad is very happy about it. He let's me handle the work of a CEO that's why I'm in charge of many meetings and business deals.

"9am with Regina and co. 2pm with Mr. Flores, 6pm with--"

I stopped at my tracks and looked at my secretary.

"what's about Mr. Flores? Akala ko na settle na ang deal?"

"uhm, sir nag note po sya via email there are some concerns regarding the--"

"okay nevermind, I'll just meet him. The meetings?"

"a-okay sir after Mr. Flores you have 6pm with Mr. Lebouffe."

We arrived at my office and I frowned.

"6pm?"

"yes sir 6pm"

I sighed exasperated.

"okay get out."

"a-o-okay sir" she stuttered and got out of my office.

I ran my hand to my face. Nakakabwisit, over time nanaman ako. Eto lang ang ayaw ko dito dahil bilang CEO, dapat flexible ang time ko dito sa office. Kahit hanggang 5pm lang dapat ako, madalas nakakauwi ako ng 9pm. Bibihira ko na nakakasabay kumain o nakikita manlang si Rocky kahit na sa isang bahay lang kami nakatira.

We are sending text more often but it's not like we are having a long conversation.

Since that day na nakita nya ang lalakeng naka hoodie, wala na ulit naulit na sign na may stalker parin kami. But I still kept Jeron in duty para may kasama si Rocky lalo na ngayon na busy ako at wala ako madalas sa bahay.

I miss her so bad. Di ko na matandaan kailan kami nag usap ng matagal, kailan ko sya nahalikan at nayakap ng matagal.

I sighed as I review the paper deals on my table.

*knock knock*

"come in" I said not looking at the door.

"sign this for me bro" Calum looked as tired as me habang naglalakad sya papunta sakin and handing some documents.

He's working with me as one of the bosses. But I like to pick up on him just for fun.

"I'm your boss Calum. Call me sir or boss not bro."

"whatever man. Napaka aga pa feeling ko pagod na pagod na ko" he dramatically slumped on my couch.

I rolled my eyes at him and signed the documents na dala nya.

"di lang ikaw napapagod dickhead. Umalis ka na dito gawin mo na trabaho mo" I shooed him.

"pano natin magagawa yung plano natin? I mean wala pa nga tayong eksaktong plano. Sobrang busy natin"

I sighed.

"tomorrow. Medyo maluwag ang sched ko tomorrow. I'll make it possible."

"okaaaay boss." he said emphasizing the word boss. "I'm out"

He got out of my office and I stood up staring at the skyline on my glass walls thinking about what will gonna be our plan.

Kinausap ko sya during the 4th day of working here. I told him that I plan to ask Rocky to be my girl officially. I want it to be special. I want her to feel special. I smiled lost in my thoughts. I really love her. The longer I think about her the more I realize that I really do.
