"this caldereta is awesome. I love it Rocky!" Ate said as she scoop another serving of Rocky's Caldereta.

My girlfriend blushed beside me. I smiled and kissed her cheek.

"I told you, she can cook really good." I bragged.

"wife material huh.." dad wiggled his brows. We chuckled at Rocky's reaction. Lalo sya namula.

"stop it you guys, you're making her uncomfortable. Kumain lang kayo ng kumain. Alam na ni Rocky nasasarapan kayo kasi paulit ulit nyo na sinasabi" Nana said imbetween laughs.

I turned to Rocky and whispered on her ear "don't be so tensed. Lighten up. They love you already"

Rocky smiled at me and we continued to eat. Mom on the other hand is just silent not caring about us at all.

"so Rocky, tell me how you ended up with my brother. Start in the love story part because Nana already spilled me the introduction" Ate giggled.

I looked at Rocky with an amused expression. I wonder how her story goes.

"uhm, when I started working for him miss--"

"miss? You're silly!" everyone laughed at the table except mom who just keeps glancing at us. "call me ate nalang ano ka ba. Sige na go on with the story"

Rocky covered her face and laughed slightly then move in to the story.

"Grey as a boss is so grumpy, cruel, moody, the person with the most toxic mouth I've ever encounter." they all burst out laughing. I frowned at Rocky.

"really? Love story ba yan o hate story mo sakin?" I pouted.

"tss don't interrupt! Go on Rocky" Ate said with a wide smile from laughing.

Rocky smiled at me and stuck her tounge out before continuing to tell our story.

"so, sa ganung ugali nya I tried my best to smile everyday, greet him from time to time, kahit na di nya ko pinapansin. Then something happened when he climbed my room's veranda and sn--"

"skip that part! Hey!" pinanlakihan ko sya ng mata.

"okay. Skip." she laughed. "uhm, there's this time he threw really bad words at me. And I'm genuinely hurt. Like literally! I did not expect him to say sorry for me. And we tried to become friends, get to know each other. We tend to get along, napapadalas narin pagiging magkasama namin sa school and spare times namin. Then he confessed. So there's the summary" she giggled.

"awww from bad attitude turned good! I can see that." ate pointed at me.

Dad laughed. "sobrang tyaga talaga to ni Rocky. Kung ako naging boss ko yan si Grey iiwan ko rin yan"

Everybody laughed. "dad baka nakakalimutan mo anak mo ko?" I teased while laughing with them.

"manang mana lang naman sayo yan si Greyson, Dominic." Nana chimed in.

"kanino pa ba magmamana yan lalo na sa looks kita mo naman Ma, kuhang kuha" Dad nod at my direction and I shook my head.

The table is full of smiles and laughter while mom is eating quietly minding her own business.

Nang humupa ang tawanan ay seryosong humarap si Dad kay Rocky.

"Raquel before I forgot, I want to ask for forgiveness. I heard kung anong nangyari nung nakaraang business meeting ninyo. I'm sorry kung ganun ang inasta ni Miranda." Dad glanced at Mom na nagpapatay malisya sa narinig nya.
