Chapter 19

Two days later Amy was back home having Cuddles with her children before they went to bed.
In the morning Ty went to work and Amy went to the Realtor with the original Deeds to the Ranch to get the ball rolling, later in the Afternoon the Realtor called Jen came out to do an appraisal on the Ranch , Amy showed her around including the 3 bedroom apartment above the Barn.
"Amy, I think I may have someone in mind, this is Just what they're looking for".
"Really".
"Yes, it's going to be a little over there budget but I think I can Talk them round".
"What's our Ranch worth Jen, only we've spent a lot on it especially the Apartment".
"I can see that, may I ask who uses the apartment Amy".
"Yes, our Nanny lives there".
"Now that's what there looking for because they have 4 small children and they both have full time Jobs".
"It's Ideal for them, so how much".
"Sorry Amy, I got sidetracked,  your Ranch is worth $600,000 ".
"Wow, that's better than we thought,  what's their budget".
"It's $550,000 so not far off, but to be honest I really think the Nanny flat as I'll put it to them will be the clincher".
"Okay thank you Jen".
"I'll be in touch Amy, I'm going to take photos if that's okay".
"No problem, I've got to go out but Ellen my Nanny is in the house".
"Okay, Bye".

Amy headed to Heartland but she had to adjust the steering wheel as her belly had suddenly grown, on the way she phoned Ty and brought him up to date.
Amy  parked in front of the Ranch House at Heartland and as usual knocked the door, Jack answered the door and Amy looked at him.
"I'm still Alive if anyone's interested ".
She said with a smile on her face.
"Oh, come in Amy, coffee or tea".
"Tea please Grampa ".
"Come in the Lounge Amy".
"Hi Lisa, I haven't seen anyone since I came out the Hospital".
"To be honest sweetheart we thought we'd give you a few days of peace and your Grampa was feeling a little quilty about all the stress when you were growing up".
"Aww thank you, that was a really nice thought".
Jack brought in the drinks and put them down then Amy gave him a big hug.
"Grampa,, you weren't that bad, there's only only two people who gave me a lot of stress and Lou's not that bad anymore, so that leaves Dad".

They continued talking about this and that, meanwhile Tim was up to something else, he pulled up to Amy and Ty's Ranch and noticed that all the cars were gone, he walked to the Front door which was Locked so walked around trying doors till he found the Patio doors weren't latched properly so the lock never engaged.
He walked in and was looking around when something caught his eye on the Table, it was the Deeds to the Ranch so he swiped them up and left the same way he entered.

They were still chatting later when Tim walked in without knocking and saw Amy, he straightened his back and acted like he'd done nothing wrong.
"Hi all, hope I'm not interrupting anything ".
"YOU ARE ALWAYS INTERRUPTING SOMETHING ". Amy walked over and slapped Tim as hard as she could.
" You know, when I decided to move back to Hudson there was one person I really hoped had changed but you haven't,  do you know what you've put me through with your cons, and what problems I had by you using my name for your own greed. I WISH I'D STAYED WHERE WE WERE AND NEVER COME BACK".
Then she slapped him again harder and walked out.
Amy got to her truck and was breathing hard, she had black dots in her vision and felt really giddy, Lisa had run to the kitchen window and was watching her when she saw Amy hit the Floor.
"JACK, AMY'S COLLAPSED ".
Lisa ran out with Jack right behind her.
"Check her pulse Jack, make sure she hasn't had another Cardiac Arrest".
"She's got one and it's fine, how did she fall Lisa, on her side or front".
"She dropped to her knees then on her side Jack".
Just then Tim walked out."So what's wrong with her, not eaten enough or something ".
"This is all your fault, she died about 3 days ago because of what you did  but Ty got her back thankfully".
"Ohh goody two shoes comes to her rescue, and by the way you can't prove anything I've done".
Tim walks off then drives away knowing he wore a disguise while taking money off people.
Amy slowly came to and Lisa gave her a sweet tea.
"What happened ".
"You lost it with your dad, I think it raised your heart rate and you passed out, but your pulse is okay now, it's back to normal".
"Thank you".
After a while Amy was feeling fine and decided to go home.
"I'm fine now thank you Lisa,Grampa,
I'd better get home, I can't put up with this anymore" she said as she walked out the door and went home.
Jack and Lisa looked at each other.
"What do think she means by that Jack ".
"I think I have a  Idea, and we're not going to like it,  remember 10 yrs ago,  then remember what she said two years ago about *we'll see how things go*".
"You think that she'll go again ".
"Yep, and to be perfectly honest Lisa I wouldn't blame her, not after what happened when she collapsed outside.  Her health and wellbeing is her main priority not just her, but Ty and the children too. I really thought things would be better this time and it was to start with but now Tim's starting again and it's Always Amy he guns for".
"At least she'll keep intouch I hope, but I sure will miss those grandkids Jack ".
"Me too".
Amy got home and let herself in, as she walked past the Table she stopped  looking at how something was missing. She started checking the outside doors,  she knew the front door was locked so checked the side door and that was locked, Ty was at the Clinic and Ellen had taken Lyndy out to Hudson and the park. Amy got to the back Patio doors and it wasn't locked, infact they weren't even latched, she went straight for a cupboard in the kitchen and unlocked it, it had a Medical Emblem on it for storing medicines,  but on the bottom shelf was the CCTV unit. She scrolled back through the recordings until she saw what she wanted then flagged it so she could return to it later then scrolled forward to present time and locked the cupboard.
