Lou got home and was a complete mess, Mitch asked her what happened  and Lou explained what she did and then she opened the message with the video footage and watched it with Mitch.
"I'd  say that is 100% your father on that video Lou and If Ty was as mad with you as you said he was there's probably a video of you attacking Amy, what the hell was you thinking Lou, you know damn well what Tim's quite willing to do, that's why me and Jack bought him out of the cattle Business, we couldn't trust him Lou, he'd lost big River ( "What he lost his Ranch" ) Yeah Lou didn't he tell you, the Bank Foreclosed on him. Then he went off making contracts of work for Amy and forging her old signature,  but taking a hefty fee for organising it,  Amy was none the wiser till they turned up on her doorstep,  one was that creepy prince fella, then he started selling her services to fix horses for  a large deposit because it was the Miracle Girl.  No wonder she's having Heart problems Lou".
Lou Just couldn't believe her father would do those things, then she thought back to what Jack said about Amy and the stress she was under as a 15 year old Teenager.
"Oh god Mitch what have I done, Grampa was right, all this, Amy running for her life because of Cal but also to get away from me, Dad, even Grampa and her heart problems all started that year Mum died and we Just kept pileing it on her and she couldn't say anything to us because we were the cause of it and wouldn't listen to heŕ anyway".
Mitch was sat holding her while the truth settled in.

Ty asked Ellen if she would  watch the kids but Amy too, until the Doctor turned up, Ty had cancelled the Ambulance and called Dr Viriani.
Ellen went to check on Amy then Ty popped in and put her in the picture,  he'd had enough and was going to the Police.
Ty had everything he needed and went straight there, it was only 6pm, Ty had taken a photo of the side of Amy's face after she'd fell asleep as a big bruise was appearing,  he had both  the video footage and a photo of Tim.
Ty arrived at the station and spoke to the Desk Sergeant who got a Detective for him.
They both sat down and talked about the chap selling Amy's services and Ty asked if they had a photo of him which they did and showed Ty, he recognized Tim straight away.
"That is Tim Fleming,  I brought a photo with me of him that your guys should be able to get rid of the facial hair and see under the hood as they say. Then Ty went into the deed theft and the Assault on his wife who had Just had Heart surgery and was one week off 8 months pregnant,  he handed over both files of the footage and showed them the photo of Amy's face.
Ty was not playing nice anymore.

He got home and told Ellen not to come in till 10 am as he wasn't leaving Amy alone and to keep all doors Locked. He then phoned  Lisa and told her what happened, then sent her a New photo which showed the bruising coming out more of what Lou did, which he still can't believe happened. Lisa was totally shocked.
Lisa walked over to Jack.
"Jack, you know you said things didn't go well this morning with Lou".
"That's an understatement,  she is so like Tim".
"Yep she certainly is, Amy got home about 4pm this afternoon and Lou walked right in to there house and attacked Amy".
"WHAT,,, why the hell would she do that ".
"Ty said that Lou called her a lying bitch then did this".
Lisa showed Jack the photo of Amy's face with blood pouring down her face from the head wound."He called an Ambulance but cancelled it and got Dr Viriani to call in. Amy needed two stitches."
"For god sake what is wrong with this Family".
"Ty nailed it on the head Jack, you have two people who are so alike it makes it a Toxic Family Jack".
"I'm going over in the morning to give Ty a hand, he's frightened to leave her alone Jack".
"I'll come with you". Jack then grabbed Lisa's arm and dragged her down onto his Lap.

In the morning Ty heard a knock and saw Jack and Lisa at the door.
"Morning guys what you doing here".
"Well we thought you may need a hand".
"Oh your life savers thank you, Ellen has been so helpful I told her not to come in till 10am as she was here later than she should of been last night helping and watching Amy".
"How is Amy Ty, after what happened".
"To be honest she Just wants to pack and leave, she can't believe what Lou did especially as she literally just came home from the Hospital ".
"Can I go see her Ty".
"Yes thank you Lisa, can you take this in for her please".
"Wow, take note Jack, women love to have breakfast in bed, your so good to her Ty".
"I love her Lisa, so much".
Lisa knocked gently on the door then walked in, Lisa was so shocked when she saw Amys face".
"Oh Amy sweetheart,  what has she done to you".
Amy starts to cry as Lisa holds her, "I can't believe she did this to me, calling me a lying bitch, I Just want to run away Lisa, I've had enough ".
"Two more days Amy and Ty's taking you back home ". Amy smiled

Jack and Lisa stayed with Amy and kept the doors locked as Ty insisted,  Ellen turned up at 10 and was surprised to see them. Marion and JT were at school as Ty dropped them off.
When he got to the clinic he saw Duncan interviewing a Vet Technician to help run the clinic and they'd found a Vet to Join the practice,  when Duncan came out he was pleased that he found a Vet assistant and Ty could leave whenever he wanted.

Later on in the morning Lou was still upset about what she'd done, Mitch was still at home when there was a knock at the door. Lou opened the door and saw two RCMP Officer's who read her her rights then arrested her for assault,  "I can't believe my sisters done this".
"She didn't,  her husband filed the charges against you, and supplied CCTV Footage of you attacking his wife".
Mitch gave her a hug and told Lou he'd watch the children,  then Lou was taken away.
As for Tim, they checked the photo's and got there specialist to take away the facial hair fom the photo which showed Tim Fleming staring back at them, they drove to the Rodeo ground and found his RV then arrested him too.
As Tim was put in a cell he saw Lou in the one next to him.
"Oh,,, I was going to get you to bail me out but that's not going to happen now is it".
"How dare you speak to me, I stuck up for you and actually assaulted my sister because I didn't think you'd done wrong and she Just hated you. But she was right and so was Grampa.
"Look Lou, Amy has a gift and it Just needs to be exploited that's all".
"What it means is she's Just a money making machine to you, well were finished Dad, I can't believe what you've done".
Lou was bailed out by Mitch and they went home.
Jack and Lisa stayed all day and even picked the children up from school.
