Chapter 14

Ty told Marion not to worry and quickly explained what Tim had done in the past and that's why her Mum ran away from Heartland even though she was 22 he still tried to control her, and it looked like Tim was starting again but she had nothing to worry about,  it will be sorted out.
Ty went to see Amy and she'd calmed down so was able to explain what her father had said.

The following day Marion went to school and Amy told Ty she wasn't up to working but needed to see Jack, Lisa and Lou. Ty understood and told her to do what she needed to do.
Amy pulled up at Heartland and saw her Dad's truck,  she was ready for him and quietly walked in to a very big Argument going on inside. Amy stayed in the Mud Room for a while listening to what was being said.
"She's selfish that's what she is".
"Tim, how is Amy being selfish,  she has 3 children, a Clinic to run with Ty and she still works with Horses in the afternoons, she left because we were trying to control her, I admit I didn't realise it at the time but it wasn't Just about Carl why she ran off. You can't try to make business contracts on her behalf,  how's she supposed to do them, she doesn't have any spare time".   Lisa looked at Tim and realised why he may be trying to do this.
"Tim, how much do you supposedly get out of these so called contracts".
"What,, what do you mean".
"Well you must get a percentage or a fee, but those contracts you say you've made for Amy, without her permission are worthless unless she signs them and Amy won't do that, so I think your the selfish one here. How long are these contracts supposed to be for".
"Not long".
"Exactly how long Tim and don't give me any BS okay".
"Jack, look there not that long ".
" So tell us how long Tim cuz you sound like your trying to hide it".
Amy could see he was not going to say so stepped out of the mud room and walked over to Lisa and sat next to her.
"Tell them Dad, you told me last night, no your not going to say are you, well Dad told me they were for a year or 2 years which I told him was out of the question ".
"Are you nuts Tim, Amy has children,  what's she supposed to do with them and Ty".
" Leave em behind".
"Dad, you've lost it, I will not sign anything,  so leave me alone or me and Ty will sell up and move".
"Err, you've already signed them".
"WHAT,,, No I haven't ".
"Yes you have, I signed them for you".
"You forged my signature, you could go to prison for that".
"How much trouble are you in Dad, eh, how much money do you owe these people ".
"What, nothing".
Yeah right, forget it Dad I like my life the way it is and the reason I came round is to let you all know that I'm 3 months pregnant,  so I won't be working with Horses for some time".
"CONGRATULATIONS Amy, is Ty pleased".
"He's over the moon Grampa ".
Lisa and Jack got up and gave her a hug and kiss, Tim turned and walked out,  deciding to dissappear as he'd already been paid and if these people wanted there money back he was in big trouble.

Three Months later Amy was 6 Months pregnant and looking quite big with this one as she was carrying it more forward, she been doing her morning Shifts at the clinic, but today was her last as she was going on Maternity leave,  of course Cassandra didn't like that one bit and started telling Ty what shifts she was prepared to do and what she wouldn't do. This got Ty's back up straight away and he had to give her the same lecture he did once before.
This time Cassandra called his Bluff and she ended up walking out of the Clinic without a Job. Ty phoned a couple of his friends and an hour later he had a New vet who wanted to start the following day,  his name was Duncan.
Amy went home after Lunch quite pleased that Ty stood up to Cassandra and finally they had got rid of her as she had been nothing but a pain in the Ass.
Amy and Ellen were having a good chat as she'd Just got engaged to her long time boyfriend when there was a knock on the door.
She got up and slowly walked to the door, she opened it to see a gentleman  looking rather smart standing there.
"Oh I'm sorry to disturb you , it's just that I'm looking for a Miss Amy Fleming".
"Well I'm Mrs Amy Borden my maiden name used to be Flemming but that was like 9 years ago, what can I do for you".
"Oh, did you know you were Pregnant when you signed the Contract to work for me at my Stables in Argentina  may I ask".
"You are who may I ask".
"Sorry, I'm Dario Martínez".
"Well Mr Martínez, I honestly don't know anything about what your on about, I mean I have 3 children and this one on the way, a loving Husband and a very busy Veterinary Clinic that my Husband and I run, plus when I'm not pregnant I have Horse's I work with who have Behavioural
Problems ".
"But you signed this contract, and your agent said that you would be willing to travel back to Argentina with me when I go home".
He said pointing to Amy's signature.
"May I see that signature please".
Dario handed Amy the contract to look at and it looked nothing like her signature.
"I'm sorry to say but that is not my Signature, My signature is Amy Borden not Amy Fleming ,  I'll  get my drivers License to show you".
Amy returned with her License and something else with her signature on and showed him.
"As you can see I haven't signed anything ".
"Then who did, we already paid him".
"Who did you pay sir".
"Err, he said he was your Agent a Mr Flaming".
"Well I'm really sorry  it looks like someone has tried to con both of us because I do not have an Agent, and I wouldn't leave my family for anything ".
"Okay thanks , sorry to trouble you please have my card it has all my information on it".

Amy came back in fuming, wondering how many others would turn up at her door.
